An app to boost my performance work
I find this a really helpful app to support my performance in and out of work as it covers business coaching, mental health, and wellbeing. I like the mix of self-guided support and tools, plus being able to speak to a 'real' expert when needed.
Being able to check in a couple of times a day to track my mood and habits and journal works well for me and I also use the assessments and courses on a regular basis. New features and content have been added since I signed up which is great to see.
Nice to get a workplace benefit that benefits me.

Great & easy to use
I like how it looks and is laid out. It makes everything very easy to understand. The assessments help see areas for improvement and it seems there are resources to help in each area..still exploring as their is so much...so far so good 👍

So many tools!!
I received access to this platform as an offering from my work.
It feels like I've got about 10 apps with one single app, all geared towards improving my mental state.
Working in a high paced job, it's nice to have another resource to help me switch off and reset!
