Opening the account was relatively striaghtforward. I was asked for identity confirmation (which is good), although I was apparently potentially linked to a politically exposed person (PEP) or friend of a PEP - no information provided as to why this connection was flagged for me - apparently possibly similar names or something - eventually account opened with ease.

The process is not as simple as some other organisations. Once checks had been done then OK.

Very easy to navigate website. Clear information and super simple transfer of funds. Have been a satisfied customer for some years now and have never had any issues whatsoever.

The site is easy to use with plenty of choice. I renewed my 1yr fixed rate bond with the same amount and asked for the interest off last years to be paid into my bank and it was done immediately. Brilliant service.

Was a bit confused at first but after ringing customer services for help managed to open new account

It was really so simple to close one account and open a further 2 - one fixed and one easy access. It is refreshing when something on the internet works as advertised! And great rates too!!! What is not to like.

I have been investing through Raisin for a good number of years. Initially I thought the rates they were offering with institutions I had never heard of were too good to be true. But the firm is totally reliable providing market leading investments fully protected by the UK FSCS. The funding arrangements are very straightforward as are those for withdrawal. If you're in the mood to make more of your savings I thoroughly recommend Raisin. *5

After funds matured in my old account, the money was quickly transferred to a new account which I had opened. As the new account was with the same company as the old account, it probably made the transfer easier.

I find it so easy to invest with Raisin and their website is so simple to view all options available.
Every transaction I have made has been completed immediately, no fuss!

Raisin works as the middle man to put your money in high interest savings accounts. The two things required for this type of service is good suggestions for high interest savings accounts, and a reliable, trustworthy way to deposit your money. The latter had been true for my experience up until a couple of days ago, when the money that was in my holding account (available balance) disappeared. I don’t know whether I have now lost this money, and it was a fairly considerable amount in there. So not great if you want a stress free banking experience.

I have given Raisin UK 1 star as I invested 1k with them in September 2025 and this amount made NO INTEREST so it was all withdrawn February 2026. Absolutely rubbish!! I received no interest at all from them but I doubt that they didnt gain any from me!

I found the website to be well organised and easy to follow. My account was set up quickly and efficiently.

Very good rates. Good customer service. Easy to use.
Major downside is that you don't offer joint accounts like others (Flagstone). For our joint accounts we have to use other providers.
