Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. Paid for my shirt over 1 month ago. Still not got it. Got in touch with them to be told they don’t have my order. Yet. They took my card payment.

WARNING !!!!
WISH I HAD LOOKED AT TRUST PILOT FIRST
I ordered a St Georges polo on 12th
to wear on 23rd chased on 18th & 21st no reply arrived on ;27th VERY POOR QUALITY
( no return details on website ) so sent email to them on 27th NO REPLY
28th logged for cash refund with bank

Awful quality avoid!

Awful quality, not a cotton mix material at all, looks nothing like the picture online, cheap polyester and badges are printed on and very blurry. Was advised they don’t accept returns and was eventually advised I’d get a full refund, on chasing my refund they are now asking for pictures of the item and reason why I want to return it! Total con of a company def avoid at all costs.

all about the sleeve stitching

used this tee for my weekend walk, and honestly the seam on the arms sits really flat—not scratchy or weird like some shirts i got from the clearance bins before. didn’t pay much attention to the print but the shoulder threads are kinda cool.

Awful 😖, the product was Awful quality I have emailed numerous time and can't get an answet or address for a return, over £40 wasted won't ever order from this company again no matter what there promoting. Stay well away from this company.

Avoid this company.

Purchased an item on the 16th of April but never received a confirmation email. Contacted there customer services who at first seemed very helpful. Further communication was met with generic email replys. I didn't check the company out because I genuinely thought they were a legit company. Big mistake! They have a 2.3 trust pilot rating and that says it all. I dont believe the 5* reviews are genuine. Avoid at all costs.

Order placed and confirmation email received on 27th March, now 21st April and still no delivery.

Here's something to get excited about - we've received your order and are already working on it so you can enjoy it in no time!

World Cup will be over by the time I get my order, if I get it at all

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

The item that I thought I was purchasing is nothing like the rubbish that I was sent from China not the UK!!!!

If you are going to send a print then the very least you could do is send one that is not blurred and looks like a very cheap knock off. I would advise people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS! you will be wasting your money.

Shirt arrived with a cuff missing.

One shirt arrived with a cuff completely missing. Two of the shirts had sleeves too short. They offered £25 refund, the shirt with the missing cuff was more than £30. It's been more than 3 months and 4 different customer service personnel promising to sort it out.

Extremely poor quality

Extremely poor quality, on website colours on product looks clean sharp and vivid but when T-shirt arrived colour are dull and look washed out unable to email to return as email does not exist

Awful item

Update... offered 12 gbp. I refused. I have iniated refund through my bank. This company are absolutely the worst.

Awful item. Took weeks to arrive. Rugby over St Patricks day over.. not that id wear the rag.. cheap nasty and rubbish.. the price of it.. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY. Raise your standards and dont buy anything off these thieves... AND NOT A HOPE OF RETURNING IT.. CAN NOT FIND A LINK TO DO SO... 25 QUID DOWN THE SWANNY

BIG CON do not buy from

I bought a Lest We Forget hoodie and T-shirt. Both were meant to be cotton, Union Jack patches sewn on each arm. I thought I was buying from a UK site, so at least I thought they would be good quality. I soon realised that it was a fake/con Chinese site, when the hoodie and shirt arrived. Made of cheap nylon with the rips and badges printed on. They looked just as cheap and nasty as it sounds. I don't understand why nothing can be done about these people.
