Ordered a top from here trying to…

Ordered a top from here trying to cancel order but saying that a need to wait for it to be delivered, but as far as a can see its not even been started process as yet as waiting on something. All a want is to cancel order get a full refund but taking the absolute mick. Seen all the bad reviews wish a never clapped eyes on this pathetic site. I have more than a can dare to say the bad reviews about this site ie the quality of the products how long it takes to be delivered. I understand that it comes from China but I've ordered products from other sites based in China that only take about 10 days top to arrive. Also if you want to cancel a product its done straight away none of this having to leave it 30 days 😡

I paid for VIP delivery on May 20th

I paid for VIP delivery on May 20th. I have had no confirmation when my order will be delivered. I have contacted so-called “customer service”, but I keep on getting auto-replies with a tracking number, which does not allow me to track unless I subscribe to an app. I feel like I have been scammed. Absolutely disgusted.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. I wrote an earlier review on this site but can’t find it. I ordered a Welsh woman’s T shirt the version sent to me is a very poor quality nothing like the photo displayed. Certainly not worth the money they charge. Took ages to arrive. Do not buy from this company cheap Chinese made goods at extortionate prices and costly postage

I ordered the stone roses jacket

I ordered the stone roses jacket, baseball cap and shorts. The quality of the print is beyond awful and the colouring is so faded and dull. The quality of the shorts are honestly horrendous and nowhere near the value of what was paid for it. There is also size issues and I have asked for a full refund. Awful

SCAM POTENTIAL/ WRONG ORDER/POOR QUALITY

I have reached out many times since ordering a ladies pyjama set.
This was ordered 30/4/26
No confirmation of order emailed.
Have now received on 16/5/25 a very poor quality example of a tee shirt only. NOT a pyjama set.
The "tee shirt" is of thin sack like material, with a terrible print.

Avoid

If I could give a minus score l would. I ordered from the his company in good faith believing that the website was genuine. This is NOT the case l ordered 8 days ago sent them an email as the tracking number ( in my Shop app ) just hadn't changed( l also paid £9.99 for faster postage ). They have yet to reply. Please avoid, I've just waisted the better part of £50

I ordered 4 items from this company

I ordered 4 items from this company, they arrived today after taking 2 weeks to get here supposedly from Birmingham. They are atrocious! Not fit for wear and look NOTHING like the photos on there site. I sent an email to the Customer Service with my complaint, they came back asking me to send photos. I took them and tried to send it will now not let me send any emails to them at all. I think they have blocked my email. Stay away from this company.

Worst T Shirt I have ever seen

Worst T Shirt I have ever seen. I bought the Mani “Adored” tribute shirt. It looks like it’s embroidered on the website images.

It arrived after about a month. The lettering is printed on, using awful print, to look stitched. It doesn’t. It looks like a 5 year old has drawn on a t shirt with a sharpie and felt tip pens.

Good luck getting a refund. Claims to be a UK shop, but they are running this out of China.

Utter scammers. Avoid

Sleeves Stand Out a Lot

Used daily now, mainly because the sleeves feel tougher than tees I’ve gotten before; the pattern actually hides wrist dirt, so I don’t have to wash as often. Didn’t expect the side pocket line to match up so smooth with the design too.

I would give this a zero. Item does not resemble that on website, nor cotton blend as advertised. No compliant labelling and when I have contacted them with information requested I get a nonsensical reply. Do not buy from this company, cheap, poor quality item from china.

I can't give zero stars

I can't give zero stars. I purchased the St Georges Day black T Shirt - I should have read the reviews - cheap Chinese crap again. No stitching just printed on and the fabric was horrible. Not worth the money spent. Thought (stupidly) that the price might give some gauge as to the quality - how wrong I was. I bought for St Georges Day with VIP shipping - got here a week late. Mind you so glad I didn't give this to my husband to wear as I would have been embarassed. This company are not fit for purpose. How can you 'raise the colours' with the rubbish this company are selling. I would pay the money if these products were made and stitched in the UK. Quality is needed instead of all these cheap chinese goods! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
