This was my first time ordering from this company, and the coat arrived beautifully packaged, and the quality was top-notch. I LOVED my coat, but I was concerned that it would be too small when wearing a sweater underneath in Winter, so I contacted Rain Sisters to exchange it for a different size. I boxed up and returned my coat and was able to order the same coat in a bigger size at the sales price. I'm currently waiting on my exchange to arrive and am very excited to receive it!!

Their coats are gorgeous, high quality and unique! And shipping is superfast to Sweden. Their customer service is excellent! I've never had such a great experience from any online store ever! My coat arrived only some days after ordered and is awesome. The fabric is thick and looks great and elegant.

Beautiful tailoring, design and colours!

Beatiful but not efficient against rain. The sizing was good. I apreciated the possibility for longer sizes. Even the arms were long enough. So full points for looks, but nor really a raincoat. I understood that it was not meant for heavy rain, but I was moist even from a slight drissel. Disappointing with the name ”Rain Sisters” and for that price.

The jacket is warm but not hot. I've worn it mostly in the spring and a little in the summer, and I haven't been too warm in just a t-shirt so far. The coat comes down to about my knees, and I've worn it with pants, dresses, and shorts. The lining is super comfortable against my bare legs, which is wonderful. The jacket is sturdy without being too heavy. And it's gorgeous! I probably should have sized up as the site says for being between sizes. I'll keep that in mind for next time!

I’ve just bought my second coat from RainSisters. The coats are beautiful, high quality and well made.
There was an issue with import duty to the UK being mistakenly applied by DHL. RainSisters were incredibly responsive and even though it was a carrier issue they refunded my account themselves.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Love my Rainsisters coat. 🧡 The perfect match of functionality, femininity, style and a poetical note. 🌹 Works for city cycling - I have a rain hat, as the hood has to be fastened tightly on the bike. The sizing works perfectly for me (162, 89, 68, 94 for size S). If you want to wear a thick sweater, go a size up. I get complimented all the time and it feels great to wear the beautifully tailored coat.

What a beautiful coat. Super fast delivery too. I got a size S and I‘m 172cm. For warmer days, the sizing is great. For colder days I will definitely go up a size to have enough room for thicker sweaters.

I absolutely loved the quality of the ordered raincoat! Unfortunately, all three sizes I ordered didn't fit my body type (I am petite, but with a comparatively large bust). Nevertheless, the customer service was simply wonderful! Every exchange was handled reliably, and everything worked out perfectly. I'll definitely order another coat in the future, and maybe then it'll work out! I can wholeheartedly recommend Rainsisters!

Excellent customer service to match and compliment the absolutely beautiful jacket. Purchased 2 and not only did it come beautifully packaged, the quality exceed expectations. They were so helpful and responsive when I reached out about belt loops too.

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD. I ORDERED TWO COATS FOR MY WIFE FOR HER BIRTHDAY SINCE I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO RAIN THAT DAY IN NEW YORK, AND IT WAS IN MY HOUSE IN LESS THAN 4 DAYS FROM LAVIA TO NEW JERSEY. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. MY WIFE WAS VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED. WE WENT TO NEW YORK FOR HER BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS RAINING. SHE GOT A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS WHILE WALKING IN THE CITY.

I wasn't sure about the size I would need as I am petite so decided to order the same coat in different sizes and contacted Rain.sisters customer service to confirm the procedure to send the extra coats back. The response was not only quick but useful and very friendly.

I love the coats. They are timeless, beautiful and tailored with a dedication I do not see often. I often get stopped on the street by strangers to ask where I got any of my 3 coats. Apart from that, great website, the size chart is trustworthy, customer service impeccable and the delivery is fast. The whole experience is flawless.

Yes, a little more expensive than I would normally spend, however if you buy and think of it as an investment, you will not be disappointed.

I've bought three coats and kept one. As with everything, I'm in between sizes. I kept the long black trapeze coat which is wonderful. I've been looking for a long coat with a hood for years.
The coats are extremely well made. They're lined which makes them a little thicker and warmer than most rain coats. They're well suited for cool rainy days.
I returned the other two. I'm 63. The fit and flare style was a beautiful coat, but I felt it looked too young for me. I'm waiting for the other two double breasted coats. These coats are beautiful and definitely statement pieces. They're high quality and worth the investment. They're so beautiful and unique, I will likely buy more.
