My package, all the way from exotic Latvia, arrived on-time and well-packaged. DHL is he best carrier ever! The garments are stunningly beautiful and well-crafted! It was so hard to choose. My new gorgeous jacket is the sophisticated "Double Breasted Jacket with Detachable Hood in Black | Evening Blush". As they said on their well-done, beautiful website, it is a bit on the heavy side, so perfect for 3 out of 4 seasons here in New York - better than 1 season! Perhaps most pleasing of all are the lovely, friendly, helpful Rain Sisters themselves! Their Customer Service Dept. is the best anywhere. These women are honest, reliable, and creative. I wish I had more money to spend there right now!!!! But I am buying my next coat there tonight with the sale!! (Pay attention to your measurements). Do not hesitate. Treat yourself to unique style and high quality now.

It was perfect timing when I saw the advertisement for RainSisters on Facebook because I was heading to Alaska and needed a nice rain jacket. It came promptly and turned out to be stunning and made so well! It was worth the price , and the photos with it on are just priceless. So many people stopped to compliment the jacket and asked where I purchased. I want to buy another one because there are so many colors and styles.

My coat is fabulous. Good fit, well made and quality materials.

I was so excited to order my raincoat - I paid and then I had a notification from DHL that I had to pay import duty of almost £75 almost half of the original cost of the coat. I ordered the coat 9th June and I immediately had a call from DHL demanding payment. I actually received my coat on 2nd July. I am still getting calls, emails and now an invoice from DHL - Rain sisters have asked me to pay the money and they will reimburse me. I am not about to do that but I am frustrated that I am still getting chased. The quality of the coat is good but I would never buy from Rain Sisters again

I'm sooo happy it is rainy wheather now here in Belgium! I can wear my coat everyday! The materials are sublime, the fitting Perfect! I'm almost 50, but make heads turn arround with this coat! ;)

The only thing ( nothing you can do about it; are the taxes) they are too high!!!

Fantastic customer service! When I was in between sizes they recommended the trapeze style. It fits perfectly and they worked with me so I got the sale price and the returns of the other jackets was easy! Thank you Rain sisters!

Dress arrived late which meant that I didn’t need it as it was for holiday. Went to return and the website will not let me return for refund. Contacted the company twice in writing with no response. Need to get PayPal involved to try and return.

I can't recommend Rain Sisters enough. The quality of the coats are amazing. Both my mother and I bought two different styles. I got the fit and flare, she got the trench coat. They are super warm and amazingly water proof. I bought the wrong size and it was during the sale, so I was worried I'd not be able to exchange it for the right size at the same discount. They managed to make the whole exchange process so easy and they were incredibly pleasant about it. Customer service is also top notch!

Absolutely gorgeous coat. Bought the beige long s in sale but the size was too small. Returned it and asked for advice and opted for the beige long in l. It fits beautifully with a sweater underneath and i feel like a bride in it. Had been visiting their site for months before finally daring to spend so much on a coat. But quality is top notch and worth it. Customer Service is excellent!!! Can't wait for fall this year.

I got the "Cotton Candy" jacket and I absolutely love it! The fabric quality feels great both for the outside fabric and the lining and the design is just gorgeous, everytime I've worn it I got great compliments for it!!:) I haven't tested it in the rain yet, so cannot say much about that but 10,000mm is the same rainproof-ness as my skiing suit, so I'm expecting no issues on that. Sizing table was true to size and delivery went smooth! I do recommend keeping an eye out for sales;)

RainSisters are so lovely. I got all the support I needed with care and attention. The coat is perfect, I used in rain, and got dry to my destination. I loved it!!
