i have been a customer of rainbowvapes since 2017, everything has gone well so far, but unfortunately i am not allowed to order anymore because i am from germany.it's sad that I'm no longer allowed to do it. Keep up the good work, you're great

Always order from here, always cheaper than anywhere else. Recently had an issue were I received the wrong e liquid, sent an email and they've sent the right one with no extra cost great customer services from James, can't fault this company.

Cannot fault this company. Excellent price and very speedy free delivery. First time I have used them and got my product around 20% cheaper than anywhere else. Will definitely be using them again!

All these negative comments come on delivery is quick prices are good selection is good customer service good what more do you want.

I've been having issues with DHL drivers not knowing how to do their job correctly. so i wanted to inform rainbowvapes about my horrible experience and suggest they switch their logistic service.
Well the replies didnt go well after that. All i got in response was a copy and paste reply of my tracking on the dhl website, when i clearly have told JAMES that ive got in contact with DHL customer service (which was a highly better experience then dealing with james) an they are raising the issue with the driver.
I then told james that i will write bed reviews because he is not taking it seriously! To then get told "What more do you want in a reply, coming out with threats no reason"!!
Then the east london came out and i cussed him hard for not refunding or even offering a discount on my n next purchase. Then to be told "your on your own"...
Such a horrid experience with a deadbeat called james.

Great customer service.

I regularly order from Rainbow Vapes (usually every 2 or 3 months) to source some of the concentrates I use for DIY blending.

All packages have been promptly dispatched and refunds were prompting made on the odd occasion that a bottle leaked.

Received a defective batch. Destroyed my new coils and it entirely unusable. Just tastes of water. Customer service employee 'james' flat out denies any possibility of this, refuses to test the product to conclude or to issue a refund despite their clear policies on this. He literally responded by saying "I don't belive you".

Have been buying juice from here for a while now because the deals are banging and delivery is always quick. So recently decided to buy some coils with one of my orders as I had just run out of my first 5 pack I got when I bought the vape, of which lasted me ~8 Months (not a very heavy vaper and shows quality of the original style coils)

I initially thought I'd bought the wrong variant as the GeekVape Supermesh X2 coils that came, had a mesh that looked nothing like the originals I'd been using and tasted awful after a day or two. So thinking I'd mistakenly got the wrong ones - I ordered a pack of the X1's thinking that has to be the error - again what turned up looked nothing like what I was originally using.

I ended up sending rainbowvapes a really stinky email, claiming they were selling bunk goods. But they kept their cool and proper went out of their way to contact GeekVape and figure out what had gone wrong.

We soon discovered the company has since changed the design of one of the best coils on the market to an absolutely shoddy and abysmal product that actually looks fake and performs terribly in comparison to the previous version. I have now apologized profusely and felt super bad for giving them jip, hence why I am leaving this review.

RainbowVapes really went out of their way to help me figure this out and were in constant communication with me, forwarding on the responses they recieved from GeekVape (Who I must say didn't seem to give a monkeys, so I will be leaving many bad reviews for them...)

I will continue to use rainbow vapes as the customer service / support really does go above and beyond. Really happy with how it was resolved in the end and can't thank them enough!

Ordered twice now from rainbow vapes. I can get between 5-10 50ml juices for between £20-30. 95% of the juices I've had so far are brilliant. There is the odd one that isn't the best but its the brand not the websites fault. I love this website and will be using them for all future orders!!

I don’t think I’ve ever given a 5 star review however by far... this company exceeds expectations, always a huge variety of stock, delivery is always prompt. I’ve not shopped any where else for the last year for my vape supplies! Keep up the brilliant work guys! Thank you for being reliable!

Very quick delivery and order as described

I have used multiple websites over my 8 years of vaping and even worked for vaping companies, this one has to be the most efficient, clear and customer service based websites I have ever used, you can see reviews on individual products, meaning you know before you try/buy if you're getting a product that is of high standard.
Any email queries are replied to incredibly quickly and politely and any issues resolved with just one email! Highly recommend using them. Products always arrive within times stated!

The customer service from James is next level. Will not be using any other shop for supplies in future.

The first time I used rainbow Vapes my liquid wasn’t in stock! This followed a prompt call from Paul with a choice to of a refund or a different juice, I went for the different juice option when it arrived next day they had sent me a tester of there own juice and a free nic shot absolutely amazing customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I have found my new vape juice distributer 100%
P.s the tester juice you sent me is better tasting than the branded one 😀

Ordered multiple times. Orders are always dispatched quickly and always correct. Even throughout lockdown they have managed to deliver to me when I need them to.

When I've had a query regarding their products they deal with it quickly. If only I could still get stronger mixes without having to play around with bottles.

There are many larger companies who could learn from them.
