very bad site put much money i think round about 5k usd my rank is platinum 5 and my highest win where 400 usd. every battle i do i lose if its crazy mode or normal. site is totaly rigged never gonna play here again.

I deposited money on this site in good faith that their “fairness rules” followed whatever bs regulations. Then I got sucked into the streamers and tips and got pretty focused on it. However nearly every single case lies about pull chance. Example that broke the game. 3 bots + me opening a case that has a 14% chance for a mag 7. We opened 10 cases 40 (total chances) and not a single one was a 14% chance win. This is how the game is rigged. Don’t fall for it.

i played on rain put 15usd in and won 100 coins, i withdraw a ak assimov and other things the first 3 things i withdraw i got back no problem there but after when i tried to withdraw the ak i got banned from the site?

Better odds than I expected. I’m up right now! Didn’t think I’d hit profit this early, but the case value feels fair and exciting. Definitely coming back for more!

This site is incredibly disappointing. When you engage in a case battle against a bot, you are guaranteed to lose. You rarely receive rain spins, while the bots seem to generate them effortlessly. You will generally lose every major battle. Even if you manage to win against a bot, it often doesn't yield any meaningful rewards for you, leaving you with nothing to show for the case battle. I urge people not to gamble here; it’s a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Complete scam (Customer service is apart of it too)

When you try withdraw, they make you complete a KYC. Then after its verified and you try withdraw, still doesn't work.

When you contact customer service they tell you your ID isn't linked to your bank. Then they ban you for breaching there terms of service.

Don't trust them took a lot of money of me.

I was muted in the chat for using a non-English language, even though there is no official rule stating that only English must be used. When I brought this up, the moderator responded with sarcasm, even saying "Sure. Enjoy your 10,000 minute mute." — a completely unprofessional attitude.

Their justification referred to "Republic of Ireland law" and internal expectations—but again, nothing in the actual chat rules reflects this. This creates confusion and makes moderation feel arbitrary, biased, and unfair.

I expected better communication and professionalism from a team managing a major platform. If there are language restrictions, they should be clearly stated in the official rules. Otherwise, punishing users based on unwritten expectations is simply unacceptable.

Extremely bad site, I did 50 battles with 10%+ cases and none of the battles even paid one of the sides, not even recoup 10% of the bets for anyone, Strongly not recommend they even removed my acc

i had an account with over 1000 coins everything was great, but then some day they just banned me for having 2 accounts. but i only had 1 account. so the just took my 1000 usd

Site looks clean and the community manager is very nice. However the rewards are horrible, the vip host is a joke that leaves you on read for days then gives you 1% back from the thousands you lost, and the script is so visible that even their sponsored creators point it out.

Would not recommend burning money here.
