extremely irresponsible retailer…
They are a very irresponsible retailer and their delivery sucks! They promised to have your goods installed but then the delivery man says they will come back for installation and no reply hereafter. The shop said it is not their responsibility and they ask me to install the machine myself - saying it is easy. If so, why need to buy from them? No point at all. They are not helping and ignoring your issue so you can only go back and forth at the shop again and again. The issue still not yet solve! It is a very bad company!

their shop send Qled TV Samsung with wrong public price , the double of samsung ones, to make false promotion.... When they deliver me they put in a box of a Qled TV, with the notice of a qled TV an non QLED TV
after i realised that the TV sold is not manufactured by samsung since 2009 !!!! they make me a false invoice !!!! now they dont want to refuse me a contact with their CEO to solve this criminal process.......
I have to made a complain to justice.....
so never buy products to these shoops that sell TV that dont exist with false promotion, false invoice, false delivery

Bought a Krups Coffee Machine from Radio Popular Mafra on the 12th December - Christmas present - on the 25th December, plugged the coffee machine in, put in water and put in coffee beans. The light for the coffee grounds collector was on and never turned off. Manual says the coffee ground collector is either dirty or badly installed.
I went to Radio Popular Mafra on the 26th December, they refused to exchange with the excuse that there was coffee bean dust in the grinder - Of course there is coffee bean dust! I had to put water and coffee beans to make a coffee! But the problem is it never did - it did not work once! No noise, no grinding, no coffee, nothing - there was not even a speck of coffee dust on the grounds collector. They only offered to send it off to repair - no exchange. It was a brand new machine, never used, and already off to repair. I wrote in the complaints book because I feel that a machine that cost 289 euros, should not go to repair having not even produced one coffee.
I feel my consumer 14-day rights have been violated by the store manager, and will let everyone know how shocking bad the service is in Radio Popular Mafra. They take your money, then offer only to send a product unused to repair. Going to talk to my lawyer for compensation for violating my rights and DECO.

Terrible customer experience in store…
Terrible customer experience in store and their customer services telephone call centre, I made a purchase online to collect in the store and upon arrival the store stated they could not hand over the goods because they had not received confirmation that I made the payment by card visa. Having to phone customer service total waste of time. Then the shop manager said that one of my orders was going to be refunded and if I wanted it would need to pay in store of which I declined as I hadn't received that confirmation. Upon speaking again to customers services they won't aware of any refund. After a long while 2 hours I could now collect. Personally I don't recommend this shop.
