We LOVE LOVE LOVE this wall sconce. It is unique, modern, sophisticated, a WORK OF ART. We replaced an "average" sconce as we wanted ART on the wall.

Terrible experience. I ordered 4 sconces for $700 at the end of February. It's now April 5th and there is zero movement on the Fedex website. Their Google store reviews are also fake and locked (they don't allow people writing reviews on their Google business page). I reported their Google business reviews. Don't buy from them.

This company is a scam. I purchased a chandelier and it’s been months. Months! And I still don’t have it and now they are telling me it’s another 5 weeks from a port in who knows where. I want my money back and will never do business or recommend them.

Terrible experience. Spent $800 on four sconces and they showed up in the wrong finish. They sent Aged Bronze instead of gold. The purchase order clearly states gold as were the pictures on the listing. After sharing they sent my order incomplete the wrong finish they sent spare parts that didn’t even fit with the initial sconces. After requesting them to be the correct item I initially ordered they were only willing to charge a fee to make what I had already paid for. Will never buy again and I suggest you shop elsewhere. These manufactures are a dime a dozen.

This company is selling the “Pearlmont Travertine Wall Lamp,” which is a direct copy of our original lighting design. We did not authorize, license, or grant permission for it to be reproduced, sold, or marketed.
The product itself is a poor imitation and does not reflect the quality of our original work.
We are taking steps to protect our intellectual property and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution before purchasing from this company.

The delivery was very late, and the strange texts from the delivery service looked like scam as they never mentioned the product, company or ID. It was very odd. Lots of red flags. I bought an expensive chandelier that looks cheap, arrived late, and there is no customer service to send it back. Don’t buy from this place.

This company makes replicas of lighting in Hong Kong. They even use photos from the original manufacturer on their website which should not be legal. The Texas address on their website is a dummy office. If you receive a counterfeit item you are required to return to Hong Kong and pay shipping which is as much or more than the original purchase price. My item was a version of the original but unattractive and bulky. I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand as their website is exceptionally deceptive.

BE VERY CAREFUL AND AVOID ORDERING.
Product quality is horrible, we ordered 3 gold pendants for a total of $1000. The items we received were cheaply spray painted bronze. The paint was peeling off. When I reached out to customer service, they said that they would not issue a full refund.

I ordered on monday the 8th of december, didn’t receive any kind of confirmation or update. Already paid. When I search for the lamp at the website (opcsun.com, that’s where I bought it), it’s not in the database anymore. I did sent several e-mails with the question to just give me an update about my order, no response. This doesn’t feel good at all, and it’s not how you should take care of customers who pay a lot for a certain product!

I ordered 2 wall sconces (Vendome) 7 weeks ago. Today a package arrived with very cheap knock offs that look similar but not the same at all. This company should be shut down. It's a complete scam. Do not order from this site.

I doubled ordered my chandelier and sconces. Went to cancel both orders due to it taking months to be delivered. Radilum is giving me the run around about getting my money back. It's only been a day since ordering. Please refund my money!!!!!!!!

It is cheap. Does not look like the picture. Will not accept a return. Offered 15% refund. Told me to resell it locally. Customer service is poor. Bad BBB review. I was scammed. Don’t do business with!!!
Lamp has arrived irreparably broken, in bad packaging from China. Even if it had not been broken, it is not wired correctly, and would require an electrician to fix. The “customer care” team keeps responding with absurdly complex instructions to fix, but frankly I would not consider these lamps safe for use.
Interesting how their address to "visit us" is the Texas A&M campus. They have American designers / companies create the lighting design as a private label company and then Radilum sells a knock off out their back door with cheaper parts.

I bought a light from this company and when it was delivered it required a place to go over the existing light socket which was never shown in any of the item pictures. It looked cheap and was unsatisfactory. When I contacted them for a return, they said I had to ship their item all the way back to Asia and incur that cost despite being an American company located in Texas. Be warned, the shipping cost will be over 150$ for me to return a small light. The pictures they use are not realistic to the item you receive.
Expect your item to take 3-4 months for shipping. Customer service is horrible.

Scam shipping. I ordered a chandelier and paid more than $300 for Expedited Shipping. At checkout it simply says 1-2 weeks. Then...I get emails that my item still has not shipped. I'm at week 3 and nothing but a tracking number. Maybe at some point I get the lamp in 4-5 weeks but they've got my money at this point. Scam, fraudulent shipping price and shipping policies.
UPDATE - Now in their reply Radilum says the item was temporarily out of stock,
that they notified me of this and that they refunded my shipping. All lies. They continue to lie They offered a 10% discount and said I could cancel the expedited I already paid for and did not receive which would even further delay my item. Cannot stress enough how dishonest this company is and how terrible their customer service is. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Bought a swag lamp from them, took 3 months to arrive with no communication. Once received quality was awful with ceramic being unbalanced so that the lamp thus hung at an angle. Also the lamp was an led diode and not a normal light bulb.

Bought 2 fans from Radilum and waited 2 months with no updates for them to arrive. Fans are by far the cheapest build I have seen in 20+ years working in construction - light spectrum CANNOT be selected, power has to cycled several times to the unit for desired light spectrum to be used. Absolutely no structural integrity to the units. Website says there is a 30 day return window, turns out there is a restocking fee that is nearly the same price as purchasing the unit. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from Radilum.

The company asked me to revise my review so here is the latest. After 2 months of fighting and reports to the FTC, they gave me a full refund and sent me a Maryland based return address. I asked what happened to the Chinese return address and they have not replied so it is unclear if other customers will be expected to pay $700 to pay a return. My product review is still being suppressed on their website and they have not answered my inquiries about if or when it will be posted. These are both still FTC violations.
Additional update: Two complaints have been filed with the FTC for deceptive business practices and review suppression.
Updating to address the company's reply. They never shipped a replacement and I also never agreed to the partial refund. We are still negotiating as of this post on 4/14/25.
Buyer beware. Received a damaged lamp. Customer service is refusing a full refund unless I spent $700 to ship the lamp back to China (the lamps cost $310). The Chinese return location was not public information at the time of purchase. They only disclosed the return location after weeks of emails back and forth. After 2 months of negotiation, I accepted a partial refund and attempted to finish negotiations through the Better Business Bureau. Radilum refused through BBB. They're now withholding my negative review on their website. Completely unethical and disgraceful business.
