My husband ordered several items from Rack Avenue after seeing an advertisement on Tik Tok. None of the items received are genuine. They are extremely poor quality and some bear absolutely no resemblance to the original item advertised.
I have reached out to request a return and full refund but doubt I will receive a response.
I would recommend not purchasing from this business.
