I transferred about 19.15 BCH from Quppy to my Kraken wallet but never received it. It’s been a week, and there are only automatic replies to emails and no customer service at all.

I have sent the email you suggested. In fact, except for the Transactio ID, other information has already been submitted through your customer support system.
I cannot query the Transaction ID from Quppy because clicking on the BCH transaction record will report an error.
Hope the issue will be resolved soon, thank you for your reply.

It has been more than a month since the problem occurred and there is still no progress in the investigation.

I receive money today, when i try to use my account i read about a restriction, the support not answer. The support tell on the quppy page is avalaible 24 hours, since now i not receive any reply. I want close my account and i want my money
Very bad wallet

Quppy is awesome for crypto beginners. I suggest my friends to use it if they want to try crypto, but are not usrer where to start. Unlike most other crypto apps, quppy doesn’t try to overwhelm you with features and novelty. So it works wonderfully for newbies..

Cryptocurrencies help a lot during trips abroad. But if combined with quppy’s fiat capabilities crypto simply eliminates all the worries about currency exchanges and payments during travel.

I don’t like to switch between multiple apps - if I can do all I need in one app, I always prefer this option. So quppy is great for me. And I can’t think of any specialized app that will actually outperform quppy in its “specialty”

Quppy gave me a very easy way to exchange fiat for crypto and back without bothering with exchanges, trading anbd so on. Convenience, reliability and ease of use are advantages that are really hard to beat in the crypto world.

For me easy access to fiat features like SEPA transfers and IBAN accounts is the most unique and best aspect of Quppy. Basically, thanks to Quppy I have almost a full-fledged bank right in my favourite crypto app.

My friend sends 211 GBP to me about 1 week ago.
Money arrived to my account but it locked since 1 week by quppy.
when I ask why is it lock, they say under additional verifaction this transfer. And don't give any information to me.
No longer, I despaired from my money. Therefore stay away from Quppy.

UPDATE: I shared this my experience here and they released my money a fews hours later. I think still that not safe an app.

Quppy was among the very first crypto apps I installed and helped me to learn the ropes of the crypto world. It supports all the major cryptocurrencies, but there are shitcoins, and it offers a capability to quickly exchange crypto for fiat and vice versa. And even after I gained some experience, I still mainly use Quppy.

Quppy is very easy to use and has a lot of features for working with fiat, including even SEPA transfers. So it is a great app for quick switching between fiat and crypto. I have a great experience with quppy without any unpleasant surprises, bugs or any other problems..

For me crypto is a tool to make money. So a wallet that supports both fiat and crypto currencies and allows easy moving from one to another is a must for me. Quppy is just such a solution - I have access to all major cryptos and fiat currency and don’t have to worry about bugs.

I hardly use most of Quppy’s features. I mainly use it as a cryptocurrency wallet. For me, the most important thing about quppy is that it is fast and absolutely reliable. I don’t care about bells and whistles that are added on top of that.

Last year I spent more time abroad than at home. It has always been a struggle during prolong business trips to exchange currencies while moving from country to country. Quppy solved this issue for me, due to the ability to have a variety of fiat and crypto currencies at hand at the same time.

It is really hard to make a mistake while using quppy - it is very clear and simple. But it doesn’t feel limiting at all.

I opened this account yesterday and I deposited 29.21 pounds from my own account and I came in but was not credited for over 3hrs and I started chatting the support which is nonsense because no body is there to help even talk to you however you will need to go through email and it talk Gods help for them to tell me that they are reviewing my payment. So I received a payment of 243.6 pounds and it’s still processing for over 14hrs no one has answered me so why are you people praising their customer care or their services. This is just a place where they use your money to trade and if anything goes wrong your money is gone so be warned.

I don’t really care much about crypto trading - I’m interested in other aspects of the crypto industry. So quppy turned out to be a perfect tool for me. I don’t want to bother with exchanges, so a convenient way to exchange a variety of assets is sometimes really handy.

To be fair I don’t have a lot to say about Quppy, even though I use it every day. It just works. It has a lot of functionality and all features are easy to use and you always know what you get. Basically, if you don’t care about bells and whistles - quppy is for you.

I have to travel around the world quite a bit due to my job. Previously, exchanging currency was a big headache. Even crypto didn’t solved the issue perfectly - countries around the world have very different levels of crypto infrastructure. Quppy. however, finally did it - I can always have the required currency at hand.

I got attached to things too much, so I don’t want to change my old phone. Thus, Quppy’s great performance is a huge boon for me. Not to mention that it packs the functionality of multiple applications in one neat package. And, to be honest, I don’t think that I’ll switch even after I change my phone.

Quppy has become my go-to crypto app in the last six months. It has all assets I use, it is easy to use and works reliably, so why bother with something else? Moreover, a lot of my friends also use it, so it is very easy for us to help each other if something unexpected happens.
