I could have done with written instructions rather than just videos, though I did complete the job of assembling - and it works.
There was one small part of the curtain rail that was incorrect, but you have replaced it and supplied a few extra.

This product performs beautifully and is really well designed and constructed with lots of spares if you lose or break a part. Great online videos support assembly and setup. I have paid much more recently for U.K. leading branded manual tracks that are not a patch on these, nowhere near as well designed, difficult to put up and much more expensive. I was delighted with these two electric tracks and will now put them everywhere

Great product, really easy to fit and set up

The 50cm length was clearly supplied damaged. Both paint scratches and bent which required extra fitting and adjustment. The non motor end cap no longer had the recess to fit runners and I have to completely disassemble to fit half the curtain runners. The motor cap had the recess as per the 500! Disappointed I had to order wall brackets from Amazon with additional delays and without my loyalty discount. I assume the majority of curtain tracks are wall mounted so having to purchase 5 per pack at £4 each is expensive. Plus the 600 track comes with 8 ceiling mounts so would require 2 packs @ £20 each an additional £40 on the overall cost. Seems excessive?

I purchased 7 AT5810 electric curtain tracks. Four for a living room and 3 for a bedroom. I'm a pretty good handyman and found the on-line videos very easy to follow to assemble the rods. Programming was a little more tedious. We have iphones and use the Smart Life app to control the curtains which gives much flexibility in how to control the curtains. Currently we have them set on opening just before sunrise and closing right after sunset. They work flawlessly and are quiet. When they open in the morning in our bedroom, we seldom hear it happening. We contacted customer support for assistance in obtaining extra gear box hooks as there were only two per kit. We needed more as we have very heavy drapes on each rod. There is no product support located in the U.S. and you end up talking to the UK support group, however they were very accommodating. They were going to charge me a lot for the hooks as well as international shipping but after I explained to them that I bought seven units, they sent me the hooks at no charge. The remotes work great and we've had no issues although we seldom use them. I also programmed SIRI to operate the curtains, either individually or by room or all together. It does take time to do the set-up on SIRI but it works well. I definitely recommend this product.

Great delivery, product does as it says on the tin... But the app is very poor spoiling a quality product.
The curtains open and close quietly and you have the option to partially open. The app allows you to control them but the timer fails regularly. At least I get a failure message so I can revert to operating it manually. But really a decent app would make this a 5 star product.

Excellent product, easy to install and the customer service is fantastic. Response to queries has been very quick. It is gratifying to find a company that still believes in their customer.

Product very good. But instruction videos for ql600 wall fixing were very poor. Despite excellent staff, the info on fixing provided by videos etc was very confusing. This should be sorted out because it spoils whole Diy fixing experience.

VERY quiet working

Excellent service. Quick delivery, well packaged with clear and simple to follow set up videos. Quality product working brilliantly so far.

The curtains work as promised. The clips which secure the curtain rail to the ceiling are clever. Connection to WiFi is fiddly and the App on the phone (albeit not a Quoya product is less than intuitive. The help line was prompt and very helpful

Saw this Quoya K1 Smart Cylinder lock (or very similar) on Aliexpress admittedly for less but wanted the reassurance of purchasing through Amazon just in case. I have to say the quality of the product is excellent really solid and well made with good quality materials. It was easy to fit and I had to use the 2 adaptors to fit my door which were included in the box as well as the tools. I did see a lot of battery drain initially and contacted the customer support email honestly not expecting a response but I got a reply on the same day, which was a Sunday! Outstanding support very quick responses with good honest advice that it was probably a software issue not reporting the correct battery which seems to be the case as 6 days later the battery drain looks OK - still over 70% but there has been a lot of use during install and 'practicing' ;o) I would highly recommend the product and the customer support is exemplary! Yes you can save a few pounds if you buy from China but you risk not choosing the right size, waiting 2 months for your order and I imagine customer service and returns would be a complete lottery? I have also purchased the hub to allow Internet access which again was simple to set up and works perfectly. There are also really useful set up videos for how to install and how to use -

Not only is it a fantastic product, the after sales team are very experienced in prblem solving. Isent them an email identifying a problem, within 10 minutes after sales called me and within a minute problen identified and fixed. Could not praise the company enough. I would highly recommend

Quick delivery. Well designed product. Good videos which guided me through construction and commissioning. All straightforward. Seems a big improvement on the kit I replaced.

Operates 6 blinds simultaneously. The app then typically controls them, opening a few mins before sunrise and closing 25 mins after sunset. True the setup of all 6 took a few mins, hopefully only have to do this once. This was simplified once the support team sent an excellent video to help pair them to the app on my phone (they should probably put this on the Amazon site?). Once set up other phones logon to the same app and all get the same functions. The remote control needs to be line of sight, so not always 100%, the app seems to be 100% though. Each can also be operated on the motor, if no other option is available.
The cost of 6 was not insignificant but as we get older, should be worth it..... Arguably should deduct a star for this, but all else is great
