The website for renewal appears a tad clumsy and I had to take out a new policy, answering all the questions which are already on file. It only needs to ask if there are any changes to the previous policy Secondly, the garage, although detached, is within the curtilage of my apartment lease and must be of less risk than a garage located away from the insurer's control. The insurance risk assessment does not appear to be flexible to take into account different circumstances..

The premium cost is fair and renewal process is very easy. Never had any claims experiecne though which is the ultimate test of any insurer.

Very happy with the renewal process as it wasn't straightforward due to a change of Director of the Land being insured but I was able to email a very helpful member of the team who replied very promptly and dealt with my queries & questions with no problem at all. I am very happy to recommend Quote Monkey and will definitely be renewing with them next year if the premiums remain competitive which they certainly are at the moment.

I have used Quotemonkey for a number of years. One gets timely reminders and a no fuss, easy to follow renewal quote which if one accepts takes one forward to a new policy. A confirmation email follows shortly afterwards with all policy details.

Easy to obtain an insurance quote for a garage on a plot not linked to our house. Other insurers, the more mainstream, were very difficult to obtain one from. Got one from quote monkey and all appears to be good so far. I haven’t made a claim and don’t want to so can’t comment on that.

Difficult because I have taken over role and found it difficult to access quotes sent to predecessor’s email. Good suppo from Paul Cochran.
