If I could give 0 I DEFINETELY WOULD!!! Worst company ever. never, but never deal with them. Robbers! My partner has driving license for 7 years now, he had an EU driving license amd he changed it now into an UK one, instead of going lower, as it is normal and logical... It INCREASED LOADS! nonsense!!!!!!!
Also, a month ago they took double from his card for insurance and kept us on month from call to call. The only answer was "we do not know whose fault it was". Money gone. Worst company ever!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. They have literally robbed me of £900 to cancel insurance when many other insurance companies give you money back. These are the biggest scammers and must make a killing of scamming innocent customers who have put trust in the company and found out their cancellation policy which is set up to rob any customers that cancel. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE OUT POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY!
I don’t like the way these do business
I don’t like the way these do business. BUT a lady called Promise who works there gave me good customer service today and gave me all relevant information.
Avoid at all costs!
Sold me insurance that didn't cover what it said. Wouldn't even honor the fact it was printed on the certificate. Then kept most of the ridiculous deposit after less than 24 hours, and due to this, cost me a days pay.
Extra unnecessary charges
This company is a joke. I cannot believe how they treat their customers. All I wanted to do was change my address. Over £200 later ive been told if i dont pay within 7 days my insurance will be cancelled. These people are genuinly horrible. No caring bone inside their body just want to take all of your money its disgraceful. Left me in tears.

Took out insurance policy nightmare
Took out insurance policy, cancelled after 3 months as sold car, agreed to pay early cancellation amount which they said closed the account, next day get spammed with contact via all methods telling me to pay still, also they used third party company to cover full policy upfront and now they asking for money as well, when I paid early cancellation already! Avoid this company!

I can’t comment on the adequacy of the service post incident as I didn’t make any claims during my insured period, what I can report is that I declined marketing texts/emails/calls during registration, I called to enquire about renewal approaching the end of my insured term, I was advised that the premium would be £500 more than the current policy albeit nothing had changed, politely declined and insured with alternative at £700 less than renewal quote! I have been bombarded with texts advising policy renewal, have contacted now 4 times requesting to desist but still receiving numerous daily texts.
Clearly they have no regard for customers other than to take your money.
Good option for poor driving records
Don't have a great driving record so have to go for the cheaper options like this. 2nd year with them and always gave fair prices.
Setup has always been easy and my car has been insured without issues.
Dreading the day I need to make an admin change though lol the fees/charges are mad but can't complain overall for the price

AVOID SCAM INSURER. CON ARTISTS & THIVES.
Without any prior information or warning they charged me £786 to update my address.
This cannot be legal and is a complete abuse. They know exactly what they are doing. Generating a bill without my consent, violating GDPR.
I have 3 months left on my insurance it will be cheaper to cancel. But from reading these horrific reviews I’m sure they will add extra fees for that too.
Incredibly rude staff on the phone who hung up on me after talking over me. Staff refused to break down the costs as to why I’m paying almost £800 for what is essentially an admin fee.
I’ve moved out of the city to a safer neighborhood with the same standard of parking so there are no excuses here.
I was told if I do not pay within 7 days my insurance will be cancelled.
I’ve already contacted the financial ombudsman. I will also contact my bank and flag this a fraud as it’s breaking the agreement we signed. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL UNETHICAL SCAM.
I only wish I saw these reviews before.

They have since taken the money from my account without my permission. I am at a loss. I have read my terms which clearly state a £50 charge for changes to the policy.

Forget about it.
Im not one for writing reviews but this has to be told. Setup monthly instalments to *Hyperformance car insurance*. Called one day to add my sister onto my policy for a week, but they couldn't provide this facility. I cancelled this policy on the same call. But since then they have sent two firms to harass me for nearly £600. In short they are leveraging your arrangement, they borrow the money against the policy. if anything happens you are liable due to their terms & conditions. They are gambling, but instead of writing off the loss. Chased with threats and legal action.
Moving forward I will avoid these top paid google searched companies for something with a more human element and understanding, I suggest you do the same.

If I could rate -10* I would, SCAMMERS I paid £1,800 upfront for a whole year, 6 months in I wanted to change my address they quoted me a ridiculous £300, so I decided to cancel my policy instead, thinking I would be getting half of my money back, they gave me a miserable £130 , turns out they changed my address before cancelling now on the line (call charges apply aswell!!!!!) for over 20 minutes still waiting for my money!!!!!!

This is the worst insurance company ever. They are a scam. Giving this company one star is over rating them. When you visit compare the market. I filled all my details, they gave me a very low quote. One hour later a lady called me and informed me that my insurance would not be activated until I have confirm all the details I had put online. After confirmation, she told me that the insurance had increased from under £1500 to £1900. Forcing me to agree to buy a higher premium. When I refused, she immediately cut off the line. I had to call and was put on hold for 45 minutes. After holding on for 45 minutes their line cut off, (this happened twice). When I eventually got through, I was told I will be charge £50 for cancellation. I contested the £50, to date, they refused to pay it back. Despite the fact that I previously informed that the insurance was not activated in the first place. Poor customer service. Very unreal group of people. it appeared they are just getting their broker to collect £50 from every customer. Scam ! Scam!! Scam!!!.

worst experience
A year ago, I paid for my car insurance with them then realized I had to dictate the entire application once again over the phone. Nothing is managed through the site and service is not helpful over the phone. Today I asked for a no claim certificate as my policy expired midnight yesterday but as per their system the policy only expires midnight today so they cannot even take the request today and I would need to go through the process one again tomorrow

Horrible worst customer experience and the lady whom we were talking was cunning and filthy. I bought insurance five days ago and we have not even used our car, five days cancel fees cost £121.00 but said it was a free cancelation if we cancel before 14 days and the same was deducted from our initial payment of £233.41 and she was making fun of me who was asking for an explanation saying that you have read it before taking the insurance with a rude tone.Very poor customer service ever I had . I kindly request all of you not to fall into this deep trap as they won’t value our money

Whorse company for insurance broker or w*f is. Car worth 700, license for 21 years never had a accident and asked 180 install tax and 140 a month. I tried cancel after 1 month and hf. They ignored my emails. I asked to stop from 1 oct they said we stopped from 11 oct. I left the country i cant call them so they say they dont have a clear yes or no for cancellation to long it of one more month. So now they say cancellation fees 125 plus 140 another month 🤣🤣🤣 . Im not paying btw

One customer assistant agreed with me when I stated they deliberately put you on hold for over an hour each time. Thankfully, I was still in the 14 day period to cancel and get myself away from this horrendous company. Although it still cost me over £100 for 12 days insurance.

READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING OUT A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY - THERE IS A STRONG THEME ASSOCIATED WITH THE WAY THAT THIS COMPANY OPERATES.
I would give zero stars but here we are.
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY.
1) Insure your motor group cancelled my policy just a few weeks into the 12 month contract (reason being they assessed me as high risk after taking me on) I had declared everything required of me along with all previous incidents so they were fully aware of the situation regarding my driving history.
2) I received absolutely no contact from the company regarding cancellation until a letter was received 05/09/22 (addressed for 01/9/22 with immediate effect of cancellation) leading me to drive unknowingly uninsured for 4 days. (I’m 1 year into driving and this could have cost me my licence if I was stopped regardless if I did not know of the cancellation)
3) Upon initial contact with the company 5 people put me on hold for 30 minutes each (I ended these calls after becoming aware through trust pilot that this is something that they seem to do often) I managed to get in contact with a lady who informed me that I also had a cancellation charge of £250 with the threat of escalation to debt collectors if not paid in 14 days.
4) After paying I have become aware that if an insurance company cancels your policy they do not have the right to claim a ‘cancellation fee’ & they also cant cancel a policy purely on the basis of not wanting to insure you anymore, it is usually based on the idea that you have not disclosed or lied about your driving history or your personal details.
This company managed to take in excess of £500 from me in less than a month (my yearly insurance was £1000) going forward I have to declare an insurance company cancellation making me look like some sort of fraud to other companies which has lead to a doubling in my cost be insured on my vehicle so all in all I have been completely robbed by this company.
I am currently awaiting a response with the company and I have logged an initial complaint with them. Depending on their response I will be going to the financial ombudsman / financial conduct authority for the retrieval of my cancellation fee and a written letter stating that company cancelled my insurance without clear cause to have my cancellation removed from file.
I URGE YOU TO READ AS MANY REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY TO AVOID THE RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS / BEING MADE TO LOOK LIKE A FRAUD TO OTHER COMPANIES.
