A one stop shop for prescription and accessing vapes in Australia, which since the legislation changes in 2024 have been very difficult. Such a low cost to receive a prescription. Dr follow up phone call to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Set up an account. Paid for a Prescription even though it's not legally required. Bought products. Weeks later needed to buy more products. So I log in. Quit Clinics directs me to Quit Chemist. Which directs me to Quit Clinics which directs me to Quit Chemist - on endless loop. No way to contact anyone except by email - and they'll "get back to me"...... AWFUL SERVICE model.

I have been unable to contact you to renew my script. I have tried every avenue available over the past several weeks. It is very frustrating as I like using your service. Up until now you would get 5 stars every time. Look forward to a resolution

No customer service won’t order ever again. They are uncontactable. I needed help with the order I placed. Sent several emails and tried on the useless chat that is operated by computers and not a person. Will be going back to the previous company I was using at least they are helpful and you can talk to a real person.

The service is good. Prescription was issue the next day. Following by a phone call from the Dr. Which was great. What let down is there is a mandatory charge for postage Express. It's default and no option to choose. However the postage is slow. I place an order on Saturday and now Tuesday the item hasn't even been dispatched yet.

These guys really care about their patients. Fast, efficient response time. The Quit chemist is the only dispensary I've found that offers the products I need, very reasonable prices too.

Great team and service. Very helpful when I had some issues with a device and was resolved promptly.

In short, terrible customer service....no number to call and you can only email and if you lucky might get a response 2-3 business days later....usually an unhelpful response when do finally get one, so a simple conversation to sort out any issue can take weeks if not longer in my experience 2 months..... Oh and they will keep your money if there is any issue with getting your package. Avoid if you can.
***in reply to below. I'm glad you bought up the 'speaking over the phone' subject up. I have gone through your entire website numerous times trying to find a customer service number to call. There isn't one. Just an email which takes a couple of days each time for any response. I just checked again now and there is still only the email you have stated below on your website, even the 'quit clinics support chat box' says they will reply to your email in 24hours... Please add a number on here for all to see and to prove what you say is correct.

Edit 2: Since writing this review, I have been issued a refund by quitclinics, hence changing my stars from 1 to 3. They stated that my emails had gone to spam, which doesn't make a lot of sense because I had also utilised their help request on their website and received no response. Evidently, their website design isn't reliable or they are not. And without trustpilot I doubt I would have had this response, hence staying at 3 stars.

Edit: They only reply on trust pilot, I have emailed at least 6 times and written to their help request 6 times. There are better suppliers.

Ordered a script, they sent me through a written script which did not work when buying any products from anywhere. I emailed them, sent help requests, tried to call but couldn't find any number trying to get an escript and got no response. They essentially take your money and if there is one problem with your order they go radio silent.
