24/04/25 update to your reply below: although your website says it’s closed on weekends, I got a reply from your company in Spanish as I had contacted you on Friday and Monday which says my query was closed in Spanish. It would be helpful not to receive a closed case reply in Spanish when your company is closed for the weekend and Easter holidays. Once the wheelchair arrives we shall try to assemble with the video you sent which is not in English.
22/04/25 Update to my below review. The company have informed me they were closed over the Easter weekend including Friday and Monday which they advised me was mentioned on their website but was not mentioned on their recorded phone lines. I’m not sure why they kept closing my online support queries over that weekend and why they closed my support query in Spanish not English. They have since sent me the assembly manual from YouTube in Urdu and Spanish. Both languages I am not familiar with however.
I ordered and paid for an instock wheelchair for my mother in law. I have sent numerous messages through my online ac with them but each time they reply in Spanish saying my question is closed but they don’t answer my question. My questions are does the wheelchair arrive assembled and how do I pay the duty as the care home will not pay it. Very frustrating and I have called them several times but each option on the recorded message just direct me back to submit my question on their website which they keep closing my case without an answer. Very poor customer service.

Not such a bad product but extremely poor service ; I requested a copy of an invoice and was referred to their portal which did not work; I emailed on several occasions however they don't seem to care to do the minimum required.
I was inclined to purchase more of their infusion chairs however , due to the above, will not be proceeding and will stay away from this company.

Honestly the worst online purchase I've ever made! Too much to list what's wrong but hidden taxes non existent customer service and weeks of waiting despite saying delivery in 5 days. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I place the order March 14th, 2025.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Quirumed regarding my missing order. FedEx lost part of my shipment, and they have informed me that only Quirumed can file a claim and arrange a replacement. However, despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service team via email and phone, I have received no response.
The contact number provided is completely useless, as I have never been able to speak to a representative. This level of service is unacceptable. I need an immediate resolution—either a replacement or a refund for the missing items.
Please address this issue urgently.
UPDATE (Apr 1st, 2025):
After numerous emails with customer care, the issue remains unresolved. I have attached the emails from FedEx confirming that the package was lost, and I have repeatedly requested the shipment of a replacement item. However, I have yet to receive a resolution.
UPDATE (Apr 8th, 2025):
Half of the order has still not been shipped. I ordered March 14th and now the website says expected shipment day is April 15th that's more than a month! No answer from their customer care.
The replacement of the other half of the order is still with FedEx and will not be delivered on the date that was given!
UPDATE (Apr 17th, 2025): I have received all the items. The quality of the items is good and I am happy with the order therefore i have added one more star.
But the delays caused by FedEx delivering the order and the troubles contacting Quirumed customer support is something that will make me re-think about ordering here. I would strongly suggest to use other delivery partner.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller. I purchased a footbath, and upon receiving it, I noticed issues but didn’t immediately open the base to avoid damaging it. When I contacted the seller about the faulty product, they asked for pictures, which I provided, but their replies were painfully slow. They then blamed delays on Chinese New Year and kept me waiting.
After waiting too long for a proper response, I decided to inspect the product further—one unit was completely broken inside, and the other was poorly installed. I requested a refund, but the seller stopped responding altogether.
Terrible communication, defective product, and zero accountability. I do not recommend buying from them unless you want to waste time and money!

We have had two terrible experiences with Quirumed over the past years including challenges with a warranty and poor quality equipment. Customer service is impossible to reach via phone and email dialog is extremely slow. Resolution processes take an eternity and require constant follow up. Our first experiences took the best part of a year to be resolved.

Appalling aftercare. I bought a plinth that had a part missing and a part that didn’t fit correctly. They have told me since September that I will receive it in November. November came and went so I emailed again, only to be told there was a delay and I would receive the parts January 29th. The parts are still not with me and I’ve just had to email them yet again. Absolutely dreadful. Four months on and still nothing. They also do not update me at all. I have to contact them. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Paid for a replacement part for my couch. They won’t send an invoice or payment receipt until the item is dispatched despite me having paid. Told 100 day lead time. It’s been a month over that and still no sign of it despite me chasing them up. Appalling service

Funny that now it’s coming from Spain when I was told it had been delayed in China! I don’t want a refund, I need the parts seeing as the original couch controls have stopped working. I have chased an update via email and still no response and was told early December would be the new revised shipping date and have had nothing further!

Tried to use their contact number to cancel the order as we are running short on time having waited so long, but none of the options lead to an advisor just pre-recorded messages. After reading other views on here it seems massive delays are normal for this company. Will not be using them again.

first time purchasing from Quirimed, and a big ticket item, electric medical chair, shipping from Spain and customs entry seamless and arrived safely delivered to clinic. Thumbs up from me!
I waited almost 4/5 months for a replacement for the bed I bought from you, after a few months it was already stained.

I am deeply frustrated with the lack of support and communication from this company. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with 2 faulty machines I purchased, and despite confirming with an electrician that the problem is not on my end, I am met with no helpful response. Reaching customer service is practically impossible – calls go unanswered, and my emails, where I’ve thoroughly explained the issue multiple times, appear to be ignored.
Even when I do receive a response, it’s a repetition of the same questions I’ve already answered numerous times. I’ve provided extensive documentation – videos, photos, and detailed explanations – yet still receive no concrete solution. This endless loop has caused me to lose valuable work, waiting for assistance that never seems to arrive.
On top of this, I was blindsided by hidden fees. Although I ordered from the UK site, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees without clear notice upfront. The company insists this information is available on their website, but it is not communicated transparently.
Responses to emails, when they come, take over 24 hours and are entirely unhelpful. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Didn't make me aware atall that over a month after buying a machine from them, I would receive a debt collection letter demanding 60 pounds border fees, that quirmed didn't pay.
It says it's late! And they will charge me 20 pounds for every letter they have to send.
When contacting quirmed, they said its on their website and I should have read jt.
Why on earth wouldn't they tell you this directly when you order??
I would not have ordered if I had known this would happen.
Also the suction control on the microdermabrasion machine could be much better, it's not good atall.
At 1st the customer service seemed good at 1st until this happened.

Do not buy from them. They have hidden delivery fees, which they charge after I have received my parcel.
I bought a spa trolley and paid £71.00 delivery fees. A month later they sent me additional invoice of £61.30 which I had to pay.
Awful, never will I use them again.

The process was fairly straight foward as I paid by MB had to request REF Nº separately and transaction completed in less than 30min.Was not impressed by Tracking of Correos Express or Quirumed both inaccurate delivery was promised for 9th but finally arrived on 10th at 13.00 very courteous driver and assistant delivered to my sitting room 2nd floor but with lift.Chair as advertised and works OK but awaiting Ramps to experiment in the "field".The Portuguese office: although Paula seldom answered phone but e-mail response normally 30mins and correct information.So overall a reasonably pleasant experience would have given 5 stars except for tracking and would recommend and would purchase again ,Obrigado Andyb
I have just completely renovated a property to create a medical practice. Purchasing treatment couches from this company has been the single most stressful element of the whole process!
It's taken over a month and I still haven't received the couches. Apparently, now they are stuck in customs in Dover and I have to register as an importer to release them!
I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody; except maybe my ex-wife.

We bought a wheelchair on July! Today we don’t have wheelchair and we don’t have money back. It is the most stressful experience I ever had with any company.
Comunication between customer service and finance team is shocking!!!!! We feel they are laughing in our faces! We have sent the payment details millions times by now and they keep saying they have not receive it even when they have sent screenshot to us! I just don’t have more energy to deal with them as someone with a disability and going through a hard time this is giving me load of anxiety. I don’t know what else to do! Please give us our money!
Edit: And stop saying we have not sent anything to finance because you know perfectly we have! And you also sent us screenshot with the details! Stop lying!
