Misleading

Misleading. Ordered a saddle stole, paid for delivery with FedEx, Arrived on time but after a week received a letter from FedEx asking to pay £51 for import Duty/VAT. The website I ordered it was quirumed UK so I wasn't aware that I had to pay for import tax/custom duty.

Misinformation and poor communication.

Founding my own little clinic, I bought an electric massage table.
They announced delivery and made me spend 10 hours at work on my day off. A nice summer day.
However, they didn't feel like delivering, not like communicating either.

Update: they delivered one day late, which they were aware of when misinforming me about the ETA.
I spent 10 hours waiting for nothing, which was so avoidable. One message with a corect ETA and it would be a 5 star experience.

We have been waiting for a refund for…

We have been waiting for a refund for months for a couch that didn’t arrive. Have provide the requested documents multiple times to multiple departments but they always reply and ask for something else that they’ve already received. They clearly have no intention of refunding and are hoping I’ll get bored and give up.

Faulty device and lack of interest/ care / after service

15th of June - I bought a Dual high frequency and galvanic current equipment
SKU: 955-M866 ( order #730007500)
24th June – I received the product with the following problems:
- The drop glass electrode arrived broken – a week later another one poorly packaged arrived broken, and another week on, on the 4th of July – I have received the drop glass electrode intact
- The high frequency wand not working – no glow out of the electrodes that have arrived; I described the problem, i was asked for a vides - then i was told, 10 days later , than i did not describe the problem; after a an unfruitful back and forth, apparently the video regarding the faulty device has been forwarded to the aftersales team; however, despite my numerous emails looking for a resolution, it appears that my emails are being ignored, initially replied to that the aftersales team will get back to me shortly – and now, with about 10 days – since the 21st of July when apparently the complaint was again forwarded to the aftersales team, I have no longer heard back from you

I am extremely disappointed by your lack of care and adequate service

Still no update from Quirimed despite…

2nd Edit 24th July 25: Please provide tracking information to show where exactly in the world the item is. You have previously told me it had reached the UK and then was in its way back to you. It does not take over one month to do this. I have no control over this and I am not responsible for returning this to you as I have no FedEx account and the item has never reached me. You told me you had told Fedex to return this to you on 22nd June. Please provide urgent tracking details.
Edit: order number 501029414 ordered on 20th June, total cost £1109.09..
Still no update from Quirimed despite them responding on here to say that I would receive a refund, no update as to where the item is, no tracking information, no email communication at all and I’m still over £1000 down with nothing to show for it. They respond on here in a public forum but nothing direct to me to reassure me. How can a business be ran so poorly?! Over one month since I ordered and nothing to show for it other than a big hole in my finances.

To keep you updated on the situation.

The management have confirmed that we will process the refund however, we need to wait for the product to arrive back to us before we can process the refund.

If you buy something from your local shop, you would physically need to return the goods to them in order for the to process the refund and so online shopping is the same, we physically need the goods back here in order to process the refund.

We have asked for Fedex to return the goods however, they firstly they can´t pass the order to return until the goods have arrive to the UK. Please note due to the customs clearance and inspections of the products, this process takes much longer now then when the UK was part of the EU as they need to present documentation such as commercial invoices, dangerous goods declarations etc even to start the customs clearance.

We have contact from them and present them with any documentation they request within 24 hours however, the whole process depends on how quickly they can release the goods through the customs clearance at both ends in the UK and Spain.

We will keep you updated about it´s progress and / Please see the tracking to keep you updated on it current progress / and as soon as it arrives back we shall let you know about the refund.

Order delay and customer service

We are trying to get an order that should have arrived in 2 say, now months over due. I can not find any phone number to be able to speak to someone about the issue.

I make barber unit and reception desk…

I make barber unit and reception desk with this company, all product are arrived with 5 days delay and all is broken, and damaged when I asked for replacement or refund, they even didn't reply to my email, after a week answer and said keep it as it's we will give you 200€ . About 2000£ order cost me ,it's horrible company I don't recommend. I wish to be able to add photos

DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY IF YOUR IN THE…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR IN THE UK, £124 hidden charge for import export after paying £41.99 delivery charge.
Took over 2 months for a sept collector to inform me via post stating on behalf of fed ex formally tnt whom didn’t inform me of the charge.
No letter no email no txt to say I have this charge imposed on me, products was bought on klarna that shows no small print from the company in question !QUIRAMED!
Klarna even said there’s no info on their site regarding the charges. ALL FOUR PARTIES ARE AT FAULT ( QUIRAMED , FED EX , KLARNA AND OUR GOVERNMENT FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN.
People out there pinching food to survive and get arrested for doing so what makes these thieves any different?

Excellent customer service, great prices

There are some poor reviews, but speak as I find, excellent customer service ( from Aida ), fast delivery and unbeatable prices, no issues whatsoever for me … very happy.

Be aware - Stay away

We ordered medical fourniture and equipment. This is the beginning of a nightmare.

They do not warn UK customers about hidden fees like customs. You pay stated prices and you think it's all done. But before the delivery, TNT is asking additional fees. The customer service answers with automated replies which are not helpful. They redirect you to one web page in their website for custom fee explanation, and that page does not exist (404 page).
After 10 days delay, we could receive some pieces of our order. The remaining items are still missing. Now the delay is 25 day. They say "we will let you know when we will learn what happened to your order!'
Bad joke.

Be aware of hidden costs - stay away

Their products seem good, but their customer service is terrible.
There are hidden fees which are not mentioned clearly in their website.
They ask additional payment just before the delivery. The courier company says it’s about custom fees. How a regular UK client could know this?
However, we had to pay the hidden fees, but we are still waiting the delivery. No answer to mails and calls.

We will never buy anything from their company.

Edit after 19 days:
Shipment partially delivered with 8 day delay. We are still waiting for updates about the remaining pieces but it is impossible to get a clear answer from the TNT courier nor Quirumed. AI is answering and repeating non helpful explanations.

I will write in English

I will write in English: all problems were eventually solved, but the process did not go so well. Firstly, it took too long for the delivery (more than 2 months!). Then, when I made a phone call in order to enquire what was going on, the person who answered adopted a "business like" posture and did not try to understand the annoyance of the customer. She hanged up on me! Then, finally, only half the product was delivered. This last problem was quickly corrected by the transporting company. In summary, it was a bit of an ordeal!

IMPRESSED!

Product amazing and service great- im confused at some of the criticism the companies received as my experience was fantastic from start to end. I was able to purchase a chiropractic bench with great discount and free shipping all the way from Spain. The courier provided updated information through and Quirumeds customer service was great when I had any queries, they have a direct line that you can call and speak to an actual helpful human.
The product arrived sooner than expected bearing in mind it was an international delivery and was delivery in great condition no issues at all. If in two minds about Quirumed they seem to be legit and any doubts just call them direct they're customer service is great especially in 2025 where all other companies use chat bots.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Quirumed.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Quirumed. Nowhere during the checkout process was it made clear that additional taxes or customs charges would apply for deliveries outside the EU. I only found out about the extra fees after my order had been shipped—leaving me stuck with an unexpected bill that significantly increased the total cost. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unprofessional. If you’re ordering internationally, be warned: Quirumed does not provide upfront information about import taxes or duties. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Stay clear, buy at your peril!!!!

After ordering a battery and a new electric wheelchair, the battery never arrived and still have no refund, and when the chair finally arrived (late!!) it was damaged and unusable. Contacted their customer service over a week ago and still no responce or resolution! Meanwhile my disabled wife is housebound due to their ineptitude in responding.
They are based in Spain but have a specific UK website so make it appear as if they have a physical presence in the UK! They do not!
Stay away from this company, go for one with better service, one you can actually speak to, one in the UK.
Buy at your peril!!
