Payout process.
The echeck system didn't work at all. I tried printing the checks as they instructed after trying to add a debit card for payout. I contacted quicksell and they processed the payment via paypal, unfortunately paypal cancelled the transaction and claimed it was quicksell who authorized it. Quicksell didn't authorize it and I was within guidelines of PayPal policy. This information took me 3 months to get handled. I contacted Quicksell and Josh F who processed the first payment immediately responded and reissued the payment with an additional $5.00 for the inconvenience. I appreciate the timely manner at which Quicksell responded and the good faith gesture given in the end.

First off, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our processes and the service you received. This allows us to make necessary changes to our business to provide a better service for our customers (like yourself).
While we're definitely sorry to hear of the negative experience you had, I wanted to provide a quick summary on what transpired with your orders to clear up any confusion. Initially, you had requested to be paid via the Deluxe "eCheck" payment method, which is an email sent to your email address with instructions to print and deposit the check. Since this payment method is relatively new, from time to time banks may reject or question the validity of the check. Usually directing the bank to Deluxe's website will resolve the issue. However, in your situation, you reached out to us to let us know that your bank would be unable to accept the electronic check we (QuickSell) had issued you.
At this point, we offered two alternative payment methods to ensure you received the funds in a timely manner: a standard paper check or an immediate transfer via PayPal. You elected the PayPal payment method and provided your PayPal email address. We re-issued your payment via PayPal, and the funds were deducted from our account.
It wasn't until a few weeks later that we saw an email from you and this review notifying us of the payment issues. We were not aware of any payment being "cancelled" as you state in your review, as we no longer had access to those funds. Upon hearing about the issues with the PayPal payment, we looked back into our PayPal records and found the original transaction. In the transaction details, we saw that the funds were initially withdrawn from our account, however because your PayPal account did not have a postal address associated with it, the funds were not transferred successfully.
As a result, we reached out to you requesting you add a postal address so we could try again. Once you confirmed the address had been added, we re-issued your payment plus an additional $5 for the delay in payment.
While I can definitely understand your frustration in the delayed payment, I believe we did everything we could to handle the situation professionally and ensure you were paid in a timely manner.
I want to again thank you for your feedback as we'll use it when making updates to our processes in the future. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do make things right.

They received it within a couple days and within a couple business days, as promised, I was emailed my printable check! Their customer service was also superb!
