The customer support is terrible. very lucky if you get a response.
Waiting a week now for the web version to be corrected product limit reached. not even close. last thing we heard a technician will look into the matter and nothing no replies or feedback on email or WhatsApp.

Well very poor support they provide after sales . When you connect with them like after trying for many unsuccessful attempts, you will get to know the support person doesn't know how to resolve your problem . don't waste your money they are cheating money from innocent people.

I am ready to name the people also sayyam and sanvi who I dealt with .moreover I couldn't find reviews or complain section on their website . Bogus company and waste of my investment in their product .

Please don't invest ... Extremely bad service... Begging and following up for weeks and months..then you get a response will look into it. Pathetic services.. nobody will respond you once paid. And there are better options in the market.

Most of this 5 star reviews are fake.
Apps always have issues and their whatsapp helpdesk barely replies. i Sent them my complain since 4th October and there is no reply till today. Even if they managed to "solve" the issue, same thing will happen again after few days. I have an annual subscription and I'm already thinking to move onto a better platform. Trash apps

They were good untill my subscription got duplicated. Try and query the double debits going through they simply say the bankstatement is insufficient. Not happy with them, would not recommend
