After your appointment, we sent an email with step‑by‑step instructions on how to complete the Delaware state registration and pay the state fee so the state can issue your card. Sometimes these emails can be missed or land in spam, and if that happened here, I truly apologize.
The good news is that this can absolutely still be fixed, and we’d really like the chance to help you get your card. QuickMedCards handles your medical evaluation and certification, and once the state steps are done, DE can issue your card. Our team is happy to walk you through everything one‑on‑one, from start to finish.

This company never once mentioned that for any paperwork beyond the 2 papers they provide will cost half of what you pay for the actual card. This company is legally scamming people in my opinion and I would recommend using any other company you can.
