The site explicitly states that there is no longer a specific diagnosis requirement to qualify for a medical marijuana card in Hawaii.
During my appointment the aprn provider showed me a list of diagnoses, and that I would need to have another provider provide documentation showing I had something like ptsd or severe pain.
I get she’s trying to protect her license or whatever but this is 100% blatant false advertising and if she’s not comfortable abiding by the company’s website claims she shouldn’t work for them.
Links aren’t allowed so I’ll quote the site: There are no more qualifying conditions for a medical card in Hawaii! Yes, you read that right. Now, a cannabis doctor can certify you for any illness as long as they believe it could benefit your health. How did this happen?
On June 27, 2025, the Governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, signed HB 302 into law, creating Act 241, a groundbreaking shift in the Hawaii weed laws. This pivotal legislation redefines who can qualify for medical marijuana in Hawaii and expands patient access like never before. Until now, you had to have an illness on the list of qualifying conditions to get a Hawaii 329 card. The list included conditions such as:
Cancer
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
HIV / AIDS
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
However, with the passage of Act 241, those restrictions are gone. You can now qualify for medical cannabis in Hawaii if your provider believes it may help, regardless of diagnosis.
As a result, you can get medical cannabis for anxiety, insomnia, or even period cramps, provided your cannabis doctor deems it appropriate.
They did NOT have another provider contact me, just the same one saying “I didn’t deny him, I just said I need proof from another provider that he has either PTSD or severe pain”. So still 100% false advertising, refusing a refund. Disputing it with my credit card company.

Tha ease of tha process was so simple, input very little information and set yer own appointment. Tha zoom call with tha doctor was informative and short, nothing like I expected. I expected a long drawn out process, from start of finding QuickMedCards.com online entering information setting appointment to zoom call was a total of about 10 minutes and my card and script was available in about 2 hrs. Very very simple, nothing like expected. So if yer suffering from pain or mental issues, I cannot express tha importance of you contacting quickness.com to start living a better life!

Very quick and thorough. I have 100% PTSD from the VA and this was a very easy process with that paperwork.

No hassle, no fuss. Just clear questions, motivated treatment plan, and listening to my concerns helped, but the execution was precise and I hope others get the same treatment. Thank you.

It was just a renewal this year and I thought maybe there would’ve hiccups but there was not. Not one and I got my approval in less than a day and not what the emails from the state said-first I thought it was going to take over a month from approval and BAM! I got the confirmation. I wouldn’t choose to do this any other way except through quickmeds

Such a easy seamless service I trust this group and have been using them for 3 years now and will continue.

The chat feature was quick and easy to use. I was especially impressed when the agent proactively offered a discount to beat a competitor’s promotional price. I highly recommend QuickMedCards to any new patient unsure which company to choose.
