Worst experience of my LIFE.

Worst experience of my LIFE.

When I made my booking he told me to come “first thing in the morning” (8am) & then he would not actually get to work until around 10am.
I work full time and trying to schedule this in was very difficult which he made 10x harder with his unprofessional behaviour.
He had my car in his shop for near 2 weeks and kept forwarding my calls or saying “ let me just call you back” when I’d call to know what’s going on. And finally only when I went up there via a 1 hour train journey, he says “ why did you come all this way you should have just called” ?!??

He then proceeded to order the parts for my car in-front of me.
I asked were they not ordered this whole time and he again goes “ I’ve been busy” as if he is the only person on earth who works.
Inside the “office area” had a constant urine smell because of the cat that would walk across his desk and it made the place unbearable.
Once he was paid for the work he then called saying “ you need to hurry up and get your car my garage is small” as if it’s now an inconvenience to him. As if I’ve not been trying to get my car for over 2 WEEKS.
I went to collect my vehicle and be done with him, only to then see that they SCRATCHED MY CAR while it was in their possession and had left it parked unsafely out on a public road nearly 5 minutes from the shop where it wouldn’t even be seen if stolen!!!
He made out like that was no big deal as if it’s common practise
After all that ordeal, the issue on my car is STILL ongoing and when I’ve attempted to call this man regarding finding out what work was carried out , it’s either “I’m busy let me call you back” or he just forwards the call all together. As if this is not a business he’s running.

Do NOT use this shop
he only caters to friends and you will likely get your car damage when returned

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND THIS GARAGE !!!

Have booked a full service by servicing stop website, paid in advance... Car collect on time...
Then
I received that call.... Car needs this, needs that, I had to pay more £490
When I received the car, I checked the oil, which was completely black and dirty. And the car still shows the message "service required."
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND THIS GARAGE !!!
