Fantastic experience from start to finish! I've never worn glasses before and Steph couldn't be more supportive, helpful and accommodating. First class service and between selecting my frames and receiving my prescription glasses it was an effortless transaction. Huge choice of beautiful frames and highly recommend!

Spent over a year looking for a particular type of rectangular frames to replace my old ones to no avail and then stumbled across Queen of Specs on the web. Steph couldn't have been more helpful in putting together a selection of glasses and she and her dad were super helpful when I went to Cheltenham to pick from said selection. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The packaging does not seem appropriate for delivery because it may compromise the contents. As for the product itself, it would have been nice to have more promotional elements.
L.E.: The parcel came really damaged, fortunately the contents were ok. As for the promotional contents I was thinking about promoting the brand more, for example some stickers would be nice or possibly a cloth to wipe glasses to give a more thoughtful touch. Best regards!

I am a returning customer of Queen of Specs, for many reasons. Steph and her dad are so easy to work with, we have a great time choosing from a vast selection of frames. I needed prescription glasses and sunglasses and came away with 3 fantastic pairs. Very prompt door to door service too. I am delighted and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

The Sunglasses I bought exceeded my expectations. They were like new, except for the price which was great. I have already recommended QOS to friends and will definitely be keeping an eye out on their website for my next glasses purchase.

I was sauntering through Cheltenham with my partner a few weeks ago and came across QueenofSpecs in the town centre. They had a wide range of top quality frames on display and helped both my partner and I find just the right style of glasses. We each provided details of our current prescriptions, and QofS measured and adjusted our frames. Our orders were placed and incredibly reasonable prices and a couple of weeks later our prescription glasses were ready. Top quality products and service.

On a brief visit to Cheltenham, we came across Queen of Specs and my wife immediatly fell in love with a particular frame to replace her reading glasses. We provided the relevant perscription for the lenses by email a few days later, The finished glasses arrived a few days safely and securely by post.

Very fast shipping, wonderful selection

After researching the Internet for hours for gold rimmed half moon spectacles I found exactly what I wanted on Queenofspecs website.
I placed my order online which was an easy process.
I laterr received a telephone call from the owner as I had forgotten to attach my prescription requirements.
I explained I required the spectacles with plain lenses for my Santa events.
My order arrived a few days later which was well packaged.
I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and service and highly recommend Queenofspecs.

I came across Queen of Specs at the vintage market on the promenade. A pair of lovely specs caught my eye and tried them on. They were a good fit and was reasonably priced. Steph advised that they could fit prescription lenses and all the frames were sustainably sourced. The service I received from Steph and her father was excellent from the beginning and Steph kindly delivered my glasses to my doorstep. I am really happy to have found and supported a local independent business.
