I have been a consistent customer and…
I have been a consistent customer and in the past, they were great about shipping out quickly and I would receive the merchandise fairly quickly. Made an order around November 5 or 6th, well enough to Thanksgiving to having it delivered (gifts for family). As of the 22nd, none of the items had been shipped and I continuously looked online for an update and nothing new (just that is was "unprocessed"). I spent lots of time trying to call customer service and no one ever answered. I was able to reach someone finally through their online chat to find out what the issues were and he couldn't clarify. I finally cancelled order after too many attempts to try and find out where my order was in the delivery process.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. My order was placed on November 5 and was promised to ship, with tracking provided, in 4 days. Not only have they not shipped it, but no one answers their “customer service line” and you receive auto replies if you attempt to email or chat with them. I’ve tried contacting the owner with no response. I will never order from them again. It’s disgusting to scam people out of their money at Christmas time and put blatant lies on your website regarding shipping times and how important customer satisfaction is to your business.
