Finally!! Someone has finally figured out the ordering, production and shipping of Qualtry! I’m so pleased with my order. Overall less than 2 weeks from date of order to delivery!! Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!

I ordered my second set of dog placemats...for where
they eat their food. These are nice quality, water resistant and look great in our kitchen. Very happy with the products and the great customer service...they arrived quickly.

I’ve had personalized hard plastic tags in thr past but they have been broken so I didn’t want to have to worry about that happening again. My new luggage tags will serve me well for years!

I ordered some of your bag tags for my aunt as a gift and had them sent directly to her. There were supposed to be a gift note included. However, she got nothing. Therefore, she had no idea who sent her these bag tags… Very disappointing.
