Quality? I think NOT!

We have used Quality Control Air since acquiring our condo in 2022. Biyearly service, New system (over $8k), and their latest pitch sealing our ductwork from the inside ($3k) Most of the work was done while we were in our north home. The install of the new unit resulted in water all over the floor. The cleanup required the use of our bath towels. Quite the mess. When I received the call concerning ductwork sealant, I agreed. Then I called back to cancel, remembering the mess. I was assured, this job would be handled with the utmost care and there would be no clean-up. I should have known better, but I caved and gave the go ahead. When we arrived weeks later under every register there was a mess to clean up. The unit used for the job left a trail from our condo to the driveway. I called requested them to come back and clean up their mess. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. 6 months have gone by. They don’t believe in drop cloths or towels!!! The two lines in the photo extend from our door down the stairs to the parking lot.

A fraud business practice

A fraud, a liar on things. My AC was working but my renter put the wrong setting. The AC setting was 70, and the room temperature was 80+. A technician showed up without opening up or using any equipment but 5 minutes later he said he found my AC leaking and Freon low. After I let him fix, I was following him. I did not see him fix the leaking and did not see him fill in freon, but only blowing some air (the service contract with them just did blowing two months ago), and then he told me the AC was fixed. I did not want to pay because I did not see that he fixed leaks or filled freon we argued over 30 min
But He ordered me to pay $433 (yelled at me in front of my house and said if he did not fix it, the money would be fully refunded). He left the AC at 70 setting while the house was vacant, and the next morning, as soon as my renter got into the house, the room temperature was 83+. The AC never worked after the technician left until the 3rd day I set AC to 72. They rejected a refund because they said they fixed it and lied about the fact they did not fill freon and did not fix leaks, they lied by saying I had leak but my AC was working before we called them. The technician stayed in house total 10 minutes for checking my AC and so-said "fixing the leaks and filling in freon". What they are doing is just to find an excuse to steal money
