We are very pleased with the awning and the quality of it is next to none we have purchased any where
We have used it and the instructions are excellent and the hole thing was easy to assemble and the instructions are easy to follow we are over the moon with this product

The awning arrived very quickly and we spent this weekend removing our old awning and fitting our new awning. It’s excellent quality and was very easy to erect. The additional annex is a great feature and really finishes it off well would highly recommend.

I recently purchased this awning from quality caravans, I was very impressed with the service I ordered it on the Thursday and received it 5 days later.
As of yet we have not put it up but will be doing so in the next week as we have visitors coming to see us.
I would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Came across this site by chance and saved £300.00 on an awning. Service was excellent delivered in 3 days . Awning is great quality feels much better quality than our old dorema and seems much more waterproof. Size fitting was perfect and it seems about 2 feet wider than our dorema would definitely recommend using quality caravan awnings

In March we wanted to order an Annexe Plus 520 Tall (2021) made by Bradcot from the Quality Caravan Awnings website but were unsure if it would fit our Bradcot Classic Awning(2013). We received a very prompt response from the company who contacted Bradcot on our behalf and we purchased the Annexe with ease from the Quality Caravan Awnings website. It was freely delivered within the promised time frame and we have been delighted with the efficient, and helpful service we have received and would highly recommend the company to others.

We recently purchased a camptech savanna dl seasonal awning ordered on a Sunday and received it on Wednesday excellent service I would definitely use quality caravan awnings again quality awning and 5 star service

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I should.
I put it all up but had a slight problem with one of the poles (nothing major) sent an e mail and got a Good quick response from Bella (thank you) great communication . Who got it all sorted and received a new part within 5 days.
Got the awning all set up now, chuffed with the product, good and sturdy, at a great price.

Purchased this awning for our new caravan. Delivery was quick and efficient. Awning is of excellent quality and putting it up wasn’t half as bad as I was expecting. Easy instructions to follow. We are so pleased and over the moon, will 100% recommend quality caravan awnings to friends and family.

Put the awning up over Easter weekend. Easy to set up good size! Amazing service regarding purchase and quick delivery. So good we have also purchased bedroom annex, and rug, had fast efficient service with all orders. Will enjoy many a happy holidays

Order did not arrive after being told the item was on back order and not in stock and no update. emails not answered and no way of contacting by phone - as you get disconnected and told to email.

This is most unhelpful and the item was nearly £800. We will need to put in a PayPal dispute

After extensive research into awnings, suppliers and reviews I decided to purchase a Camptech Atlantis DL awning from Quality Caravan Awnings. The awning arrived 4 days later, well packaged and no parts missing. Awning is of an excellent quality and the fabric feels very robust and looks hard wearing. Awning is excellent value for money. Unfortunately I discovered two small manufacturing defects: a small hole in the window and a length of missed stitching. I e mailed details with photographs and received a reply the same day promising to resolve the issue quickly. A few days later I was advised of the date the awning would be collected. The courier turned up on time and a week later I received a replacement awning. There were no defects with the replacement. I have received excellent customer service from the start of placing the order through to the resolution of my problem. The company were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will buy from them again.

Recently purchased the Camptech Atlantis DL plus extra storm straps, roof raisers and storm poles for when we can set up for the first time on our seasonal pitch. Nice saving to get one set of storm straps free. Due to the Covid epidemic I've not been able to put the awning up yet but everything looks to be of a good quality and quite a lot cheaper than other manufacturers awnings. I researched for a seasonal awning for quite a while and read loads of different reviews and feedback form other caravaners and decided this was definitely the best value for money awning going.
Also I was very pleased I chose Quality Caravan Awnings to purchase it from because they have been excellent from start to finish with a very fast delivery service.
I will certainly use them again when I need to purchase anything else which could possibly be the tall annexe to go with our awning.

We contacted the company to ask if delivery could take place as soon as possible and the staff was very helpful in making sure the awning was despatched very quickly. Having searched for a quality awning for a seasonal pitch.We were told about Camptech awnings it's the best advice we could have had.The quality of our Atlantis DLS awning we bought is the same as other awnings for what else we looked at for half the price brilliant buy.
