Absolute shambles of a company !
Purchased 2 roof raisers poles in the correct size ( making sure I ordered the correct size ) and was sent 2 of a different size ! I had cut the packaging up to open them ! When I contacted onyx they said they would electronically send me pre paid return labels which is OK if your printer is working ! Mine isn't!
Told them this and they want me to incur the return payment when it's not my negligence that caused the issue. They won't send me the correct size and won't pick the wrong ones up !
Avoid .. totally incompetent !
