Misadvertised goods and services described falsely and deceptively, violating consumer protection laws,
after sales service, rude ,slow delays and of no help at all,brz is slow and won't do what advert says at all, building it up I had to machine and re engineer a lot of it..
mike idiot meant to be collecting for a full refund but has been full of wind since requiring help-just another bodge it and scarper take the money and run team
6 months warranty means nothing

We have bought 2 wee battery quads from there and spare parts for the older quad and you have been super helpful and fast.
In fact I bought a new spare part where the plastic lid was not there and you sent me a new part and told me to keep the other. It’s the kindness of the people as well as the efficiency of them. Fantastic company to deal with.

Rang up with some questions about two of the quads, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the products and able to answer everything I wanted to know.
I ordered off the website late Saturday, had tracking details with DX monday AM and the quad arrived wednesday morning.
Well packaged for transport. I opted to build it myself which wasnt much of a problem took around an hour to unwrap and build.
Cant fault them

Fast response and friendly service

This was my first time buying a bike and had a few questions that I asked and got a reply the same day answering my queries. Also the videos about their bikes and quads are really helpful in making a choice. So got the BRZ electric bike and can honestly say I'm blown away with it, such a fantastic bike and am very happy with my buy. Will be back in a couple of months to buy the smaller version for my lads birthday. So many thanks to all at QW for a great bike and awesome service.

Brz 140cc , Great little bike for the price , surprised how quick this little bike is for 140cc , bike came with in 3 days of ordering fully assembled, nice and easy to order and filling in the finance option was fairly easy, communication was excellent kept upto date with everything, delivery driver was also very helpful and professional, highly recommend the quad warehouse, will no doubt use them again in the future 👊👍🏻😀
