Nobody intends to get sick at short notice and needing a medical certificate on the day you are is almost imposssible here.

Service was fast and efficient and I didn't even need to leave home. Booked my call with doc and he called when my appt was, unlike a physical.doctors surgery, where you turn up.on time, and can be waiting for up to an hour. I highly recommend this online doc appt.

Pre booked doesn’t mean they’ll be on time
While I’ve previously used this service & likely will again for convenience, on my two most recent interactions doctors were 10-15 mins late to pre booked appointments. One didn’t have his camera on which was disconcerting.

Easy, helpful,able to stay at home
It is great to be able to stay home in bed while unwell rather than worrying how to get a certificate for your workplace & managing a doctor appointment locally. Able to have Telehealth & Speak to a doctor with your health concerns.

Had dr Corey stone sounded like he didnt even want to be on the phone seemed to not really care, apparently my son wasn't sick enough for me to get carers leave certificate for work for the week could only get it for a few days even when i had no one else at the time to help with my kids, I went to say something he had already hung up. never again.( so I called abbey health instead nicer and more professional and they bulk bill)

Online booking was easy. Dr called on time. I needed a Certificate that was emailed to me instantly. This is great value for money, as there are not many bulk-billing clinics in Melbourne.

Quick fast proffessional service. Dr listen to my previous history of current illness and what I had been treated with prior and prescribed what we both felt was an appropriate treatment. I am an active healthy 68 year old recently retired NZ Nurse. Other similar services in Australia did not cover people over 65 from overseas. I have saved Qoctor in my contacts should I require their services again and have recommended it to my friends.

The whole process was a mess
The whole process was a mess. The first appointment I booked never happened. I clicked yhe link and waited well after the scheduled time slot. The second appointment did happen, but I wasn't given much information and the consultation was adequate. I needed to book a follow-up and did, but the consultation was useless. They couldn't give me any useful information at all.
