Doctor was uneducated
Doctor was uneducated. Wrong diagnoses. I could have done better myself using chat gpt. Basic diagnosis if listened to symptoms correctly.

Got the certificate
Got the certificate. Was clearly unwell but Dr didn't seem keen to issue a certificate for second lot of 2 days despite their policy allowing up to 5 days. Was insistent upon me seeing a GP when I advised that I had just seen a specialist over my current issue.

Very thorough not long to wait , very nice Doctor who asked me questions which was great for he could make sure I am the person who needed the prescription. Very easy to see him on my phone and vice versa.

Doctors are always nice and helpful.
Easy process to get an appointment.
But we get an hour of time frame, and dont know when the doctor will be available. Most if the time, have to wait for appointments,as they are not available right away. There is a fee, and not bulk billed.

Our appointments are booked in 1-hour time slots, and while we're unable to provide an exact time within that window, rest assured that the doctor will reach out within the scheduled hour. We'll also let you know if there are any delays.
We also understand your concerns regarding the consultation fee. At this time, the government is not offering bulk billing for our telehealth consultations, and as a private telehealth company, our services are privately billed.
