Wrong item...Misleading order and refusal to refund!
Wrong item send after being told the item I ordered was on back order. When I emailed them to say I received the wrong item, they said I had to return "the wrong item" at my own expense due to their return policy. :(
They said that once they received 'the wrong item they sent at my own return expense" then they would refund me only 15% of my $44.98 pants order. I emailed again stating I was going to file a complaint with my credit card comy, and she responded that once they received the wrong item, they would refund me 25% of my charged $44.98. Rediculous... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Misleading pictures / Publicidad engañosa
I ordered 3 sets of earrings and the products I received were very different from the photos (plastic toy - like quality). After several emails the seller offered a 50% refund. Sharing my experience so others can be careful.
