I ordered 5 dresses after extensive research. I received 4, I’m still waiting on the 5th. Two of the four were nothing close to what I ordered. The style was way off from the picture I thought I was getting. And the fabrics on all 4 were flimsy polyester, nothing linen about them.
When I contacted them about a return the requirements were so lengthy and time consuming( and also waiting for responses)made me give up and get only 15% refund. Who knows how much money it would cost to ship to china, and then I’d probably have left something out of their required note taking, it was extremely frustrating,

Horrible experience I paid 69.99 on an order and never received the correct item. When I reached out they offered me a 15% refund after I explained again they sent me the wrong item and I would like a full refund and will gladly send them back the incorrect item. I didn’t hear from them again. The stuff they sent was cheap and nothing like what they are marketing Big Scam!!!

Never order from this organisation. They promote products then deliver other products as substitutes. You do not get what you pay for and they make returning items VERY difficult. They quality is extremely poor and not made from the materials advertised.

ZERO stars! Scam site, scam email, scam "customer service". The dress I ordered was nothing close to the "dress" I received that looked like a child was given a sewing machine for the first time & told to make something. It's laughably terrible & bears no resemblance to the advertised dress in size, color, material or design. Serves me right for shopping instagram links.

I would recommend NOT using this company. The item looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. The return cost was more than the item. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Will never buy from them again.

They failed to put an item in the package and consistently denied responsibility. Too bad, because I really liked the clothing I got. Losing a customer over a 17.00 pair of earrings is pretty poor business practice.

If I could give it zero I would. They list items as linen but there is no linen in them and they sent to wrong items that they want me to pay the return on. Everything I ordered will go to the dump.

I'm french so sorry for my English but this website is to run away. Quality of clothes is wrong regarding to the description of the website. We believe buy clothes of high quality and in fact we receive very bad clothes from China. And of course very difficult to return clothes and to be reimbursed. Don't buy Qizicha !!!!

In March of this year l purchased items of clothing they advertise as Cotton and linen also quite expensive for Chinese clothing, but as being cotton and linen seemed like a good buy, however when they arrived they were made of polyester and very badly made, nothing like the images on their website. I contacted Qizicha and complained they said l could return the items via Royal Mail but would have to pay the return fee which l did on the 19/3/26, paid for the package to be tracked, sent them a photo of the post office receipt. According to the tracking number the package was delivered on the 20/4/26 but they claim it has not arrived.

Worst site ever!!!!
Trying to get the detail so I can return my items and get a refund has been painful!!!

There should be an option for 0 stars. I should have tried to find some reviews before ordering. I ordered 7 things that looked beautiful in the photos and as everyone else has said, what arrived is awful (4 items so far), badly made using synthetic fabrics and not even the same style as the photos. They must have nicked the photos from a brochure. I did think it was strange that when you zoomed in they went a bit blurry and it is clearly because they have used someone else's photos so don't have them in full resolution. Kicking myself for being duped but will try to get at least some money back as I spend a lot!

Item ordered specified cotton-linen, embroidered, and what arrived was polyester with a printed pattern. It's in the garbage.

Avoid the Company. They advertised a product , sent a different , cheap Home stitched product and when I complained, they wrote back back with a reply to return it and pay for postage and they will give my money back once they’ve inspected it.!

WARNING...DO Not Buy from this Bait & Switch Company. I ordered a Casual Tie-up 100% Cotton T-Shirt from Qizicha, what I received was nothing like what was pictured. Received oversized 100% POLYESTER cheaply made top with a polyester belt, everything about it was cheap. When I contacted company they offered 15% discount...did not want even if free. They sent address to send return to China, I would be responsible for cost of mailing both ways, which far exceeded cost of top. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering!

The dresses I received were not even the style of dress in the photo of what I ordered. I got completely different clothing and different colors. The dresses are made from such cheap fabric and poorly made and not made to fit the western body shape at all. So disappointing as I was expecting something phenomenal. Their customer service is terrible too. They refuse to correct anything or refund anything

This is a scam. I got the wrong skirt sent and the wrong size. Trying to return it is a joke. Don’t waste your money. They are a scam .

bought a beautiful cotton skirt and received a polyester thing not looking at all as advertised. If you want to return it, you have to send it back to China on your own expense. In the end I managed to get a refund of 25%. Probably they still made profit on it.

I didn’t receive what was advertised, poor quality different design absolutely humongous, no confirmation email with order number, difficult to return. I contacted them and they said 30 days to return from order date. I ordered 4th April received 2 weeks later, asking how to return but prolonging the process. No policy on returns or refund. I was told tags on to be returned but they never had tags on.

This place is a total scam!!!! I really hope that all of these reviews are seen by an organization that will shut them down. I ordered something that after it arrived was completely a different size not the same material not even the same style. When I contacted them, they gave me a runner mill, and I would suggest that no one buy anything from this company. I sure hope law-enforcement catches up with them because it is so wrong and so deceiving for them to advertise something that is completely the opposite.

This company deserves no stars. Worst quality, worst fit, they should be ashamed of themselves to even sell this merchandise. Their clothing looks nothing like the photos. They must've sewn the clothing on their models because you cannot even get their shirts over your head because they're so out of proportion. I donated every piece to Good Will.
