Alteration Request
We had to request an alteration to the dress we wanted to order. Qivii quickly replied to our request and agreed to make the alteration. Thanks to rushi.

I was assured I could return my item, a lengha, on WhatsApp.

However, when purchased, the item was sent in a bag that had a very bad odour; it smelled of body odour, and the item was too large.

When initiating a return, I was asked to send various photos, and they then proceeded to make excuses and would not return the item.

A COMPLETE SCAM

This Navratri outfit completely transformed my dandiya game with its impeccable flow and movement. It maintained its comfort level even after hours of continuous dancing and celebrations. I was genuinely impressed with how well everything looked in videos and photos.

Im bit nervous on the timing of receiving the product. It arrived, but it arrived later than expected. But nevertheless, the team communicated well with me when I reached out.

this company is a FRAUD! I was delivered the wrong size and upon contacting them they state i will be charged for shipping charges and no full refund. I was also asked for a video or photo of MY BUST!! WHAT ON EARTH FOR. beware i am out of pocket 70quid, I will NEVER buy from them again. the suit was smelly and the quality was hideous. I will be leaving a lot more reviews all over their insta and on mine and on this website! DISGUSTING

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are a bunch of cheats! Do not be fooled! They are advertising everywhere and they don’t send you what your order. I refused delivery and the items were sent back to India and they have completely ghosted me on a refund or response. They have fake telephone numbers. BEWARE!!!!

The quality was absolutely not good. Outfits fell so far from expectations from pictures. Return policy isn’t friendly so basically wasted my money.

Was very disappointed with the quality of the garment I purchased. I will not be buying anything from A broad again the finishing was so disapijtibg plus the garment had A zip mine did not. Finishing was awful as you could threads coming out of the garment too! .

I’m going to comment even though I still don’t have my Lehenga yet.
I placed an order and got the automated email 1 week later saying my order is on its way. 3days later I ask for a tracking number, no one replied no tracking number, no update. Read all the reviews and thought I made a mistake. I ordered this lehenga for a wedding I have in 5weeks thought it would arrive in time, I did not have the option to have my item express post. It’s been 16 business days and my item has gone from Melbourne to the Northern Territory when I’m based in Melbourne so safe to say I will not receive it for the wedding in 5days times. Stay tuned this is the worst experience so far!

Ordered over £100 worth of clothing and still haven’t received anything. The customer service seems repetitive and disinterested. I can’t say if the quality of my purchase is good or bad because the purchase isn’t even here but I can say this company gives off scam vibes and honestly I don’t know if and when my clothes will arrive (even after opting for express shipping !)
Terrible service

I have bought a dress with gharara. Because of my body size I have taken XL size. The dress is too long considering an Asian style dress, even the salwar on order was Gharara. But the salwar I received that's not even a Gharara, it's just a loose Slawar. I have spent 174$ AUD on it which is really costly. In Australia it's not even possible to alter the dress. The pant comes upto my chest & the dress touches the floor.

Now adding the update, they told me the can’t refund me at all as this is an ethnic wear. Really disappointed with Qivii’s service. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from them unless specifically from overseas, very cunning to handle with customers.

I bought 3 lehengas and before placing the order I confirmed that the blouse of one would have these hanging beads which were shown in most images but missing in 2 of 5 images. I was ensured they will add the beads. When the item was delivered it, 1) did not have the beads 2) the blouse design was completely different 3) the fit was not what i submitted measurements for 4) the quality of material was different.
when i reached out asking why the beads werent added they responded "...please consider the real photo for an accurate representation of the product. The inspired photos are styled for reference purposes only." completely disregarding that the same person confirmed that the beads will be added before i placed the order.
Now i want to return the product and they said "will update you soon". I believe they are simply running the clock down as returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.

Took my Money, said that they didn't have the product and then refused to refund my card. They said that I could pick something else. A TOTAL SCAM!

Very much like everyone else, my product wasn’t my size, I did everything they had requested and I haven’t heard anything back. I was lucky enough to purchase through affirm, so I did open a dispute. If they really are a scam company I hope it comes into light. Terrible customer service.

I had a very nice experience shopping with Qivii. I ordered the dark purple net saree with sequin. The order came in on time by UPS. The material is nice and blouse fits accordingly. Qivii was very honest that the blouse would not look exactly as on the inspirational mannequin but would look as on the product picture shown. Eventually I had to pay customs charges which Qivii refunded me willingly as I ordered for free shipping. Thanks for that. I would totally recommend.

Love everything. The quality is the same as in the picture. And they response very good.

Ordered a lehenga and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, such cheap material and embroidery. I recorded opening the package and emailed qivii that same day it was delivered to request a return and they emailed to say they would look into it and now I have heard nothing!! So disappointing

This is a SCAM company! Please be aware and never buy from them! Literally scamming people!
May god punish you and your business never grow!!! Extremely disappointed!!! Just stay away from these scammers!!!
