When I actually saw online right away I made my choice that I was so much in love with the colour, material and the make. Made me more happier when I open the parcel . Love it and I you say must shop with Qivii . The help me when I told them I didn’t receive my parcel and the made me as priority customer. And it was next day that I received my parcel on my door . please read this carefully. this websitevis just cheating customers. my experience is horrible with them. They took advance money from me saying will deliver me lenghas as they look in the oitcure but ine they deliver the packing was disgasting, not professinal at all. By looking at the packing i could tell what type of lenghas they have send and believe me they were in bad shape, threads are comjng out, size is not even right and quality has no class at all.
i returned the lengahs paid $120 for the post to send it back to their address and hiess what these shameless people asking me to oay for custom clearance as well. inpaid fir lengahs which are rubbish and then paid to return them and now pay again 16000 Rupees fir custom clearance.
they don't even oick upbthe phone nor reply yo the messages.
they are big cheaters, their hiods are rubbish and quality has no standards.
please do not order anything from this wesite otherwise you will regret BIG TIME.
They are just cheating customes, taking their money and delivering rubbish.

Love the fabric, the style, and the pattern for this outfit. It looked so beautiful and I got lots of compliments. They have amazing collections and affordable prices for shopping.

This company is a bunch of criminals. I ordered clothes that they said would be sent in time for a November wedding. When I got nervous that I hadn't heard from them I reached out. There was an out of stock item, that they never told me about. I asked for a refund in November $97. It is now Feb and I still do not have my refund. All they keep telling me is that "It's coming"

Just as advertised, the product was unbelievable! Free UK shipping. Arrived within timescale as promoted. Felt a million dollars. Can’t wait for another wedding so I use this company again.

I ordered from this website few months back way in advance so that I could avoid any delays. To this day I have not received my outfit I have been going back and forward with the courier company still nothing. No apologies or refund worst experience they use some courier company here in nz who is the worst for delivery. I would never order from here or recommend any of my family to either. This company doesn't follow up on your lost item.

I will never order from this site ever again, 100%. Even if they were to fully refund my $700 spent. 3/3 outfits received were cheaply made, not reflecting the pictures on their website, and needed significant upgrading / customization on my own dime. 1/3 items ordered were not available, to which they were nearly going to ship me a replacement option of their choice without my consent. I pushed back and they were more cooperative. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and LOW QUALITY. I’m surprised they are operating like this.

I am extremely happy with the service. I received my order less than two weeks of ordering. The outfits may slightly differ to the picture of the models, but it is still very beautiful and well-made.

I ordered 2 sarees and both turned out super good. Blouse embroidery looked amazing. However shipping took a while and I had to track them down.
