Looks like Qasa manipulate all answers, and some answers never been read of people who rent apartment or rum. I think on this way Qasa try to force regular member to be Premium member.

Overall good experience however it could have been clearer if the property is still available or not in the market. Since the add is there you assume it is, but to be able to get any response is very slow in many of the offerings.
Update:
Qasa replied with a standard message asking me to reach out again. Unfortunately, I have already done so multiple times over several months, with the same outcome — no help, no resolution, and no compensation. This response changes nothing about my experience.

I chose to rent out my apartment through Qasa because they market themselves as a safe solution with deposit handling, insurance, and support in case of conflicts. In practice, it has been the opposite:
• When the tenant damaged furniture, walls, and other items worth tens of thousands of SEK, I received no help in terminating the tenancy.
• The insurance via Omocom did not cover the damages.
• The deposit, which Qasa initially implied would at least partly cover the losses, was not released to me.
• The documentation requirements are completely unreasonable: you are expected to provide pictures of practically every surface and item taken right before move-in. Older photos showing that the apartment was in good condition (walls, countertops, doorsteps, etc.) are not accepted.
Qasa gave me a false sense of security – but when it really mattered, I was left entirely without support. I have spent enormous time, money, and energy on this case and been abandoned.
If you consider renting out through Qasa: be prepared to handle everything on your own when problems arise.

Qasa didn't ring me back after a company signed my hyresavtal and I asked for a support call.
Without a support call I can't proceeded with renting out.
1 star though because I found a guest through Qasa after 2 months
Good overall, but what is this wait time for support? I’m in the process of moving out and I terminated my lease. Today, a day shy of a week later, I still haven’t been sent the confirmation letter that must be signed to complete the termination. However, when contacting Blocket, not only do they claim it’s been sent to both me and my landlord (we both haven’t heard a thing, and yes, we checked our junk mail) but they take forever to give me that useless answer! Mind you, I am in a rush to get this signed to avoid having to pay another month of rent all because they didn’t help me in time. You cannot claim to be a company who’s ”with you all the way” when you fail a customer like this.
I used Qasa through Blocket for my last three apartments, but my most recent experience completely destroyed my trust in the company.
When signing my latest contract, there was a problem adding the co-signee. Qasa support helped us delete the agreement and create a new one. However, they then charged me double rent that month – effectively almost four months’ rent in one go. This emptied my account.
I immediately contacted Qasa. At first I got no response, then I was told to sign yet another contract and promised my money would be back within 3–4 business days. That was almost two months ago.
Since then, I’ve called and written several times. I’ve received everything from AI-generated replies to very delayed responses – and often no answer at all. Today I was finally told that the issue was due to a missing account number, something at least four case workers had failed to notice earlier.
I know Qasa is one of the few options for finding reasonably priced apartments, but after this I will never use them again unless I absolutely have to. This has been one of the least professional and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to renting or handling money.
I've never posted a review on anything before but this is a warning I could not avoid spreading.

Don't fall into this trap...
They'll block you with certain rules and clauses, you won't be getting your rent and deposit at all.
It neither goes to owner nor goes to you. It's a proper scam.
Go with some legit landlords if you find any, this is a proper bull ####.

They resply with AI generated messages when you ask for help, and will take days to respond when you're asking for legitimately URGENT legal help.
Stay far from qasa unless you're the type who enjoys getting sent one place to another when you're asking for help only to be told the first one you asked for help are the ones who's supposed to help you.
Even scammers do more effort, it's embarassing I even got affiliated with them.
EDIT* Even their response to the comment are AI, stay FAR from this lazy and cheapskate business.

All went well. I really appreciate that there are other options to sign the contract apart from bankID so even people who newly arrived in Sweden can get things done
This is for Qasa and Qasa only
I moved out of my previous apartment (Stockholm) on 31st of Aug and handed over the keys to my landlord on the 1st Aug morning. He reached out to me on 8th aug saying that some spots in the apartment remained unclean after the move out but 95% of the cleaning was done (I provided screenshot of our conversation where he claims that the apartment was 95% clean to Qasa). I offered to come back and clean it even if it was after so many days of the move out, but somehow our schedules did not permit that since it was so last minute. Since we were renting through Qasa the landlord asked them to resolve it for us.
Now Qasa reaches out to me and sends me an invoice of 2999 sek. I sent them proof that the landlord claimed 95% of the apartment was clean so I should be only liable for the 5% of the bill as I have left the place in very good condition.
Qasa completely ignored my evidence and proof and continued to imply that a 2999 sek cleaning was justifiable even when I had given them proof of what the landlord had told me.
I asked them to clarify why the amount is 2999 sek and asked to see the invoice from the cleaning company, but they never did. Then when I went to ARN to dispute the invoice I understood why the invoice is 1 kr short of 3000 sek. It is because the minimum threshold is 3000kr for ARN to approve the claim.
The funny thing is I read these other reviews that Qasa has paid only 500sek or so to landlords who were left with holes in the wall and totally disheveled apartments during the move out. And here i am who left the apartment clean with a few spots here and there, and all of a sudden they thought a bill of 2999sek was justifiable. I have lodged an official complaint with konsumentverket dot se and I suggest anyone who feel wronged by them they do the same as well if you reside in Sweden.
The service is fast and competent. I had to call them at some point, because I didn’t have a Personnummer, but they helped me signing my contract without. The page also seems to be quite well moderated (no spam as far as I have used it) and everything is also available in English.

It is very smooth to manage the payments and contract with the new landlord and transitioning from the old one Timely reminders and good quality of service.
