Supposedly "repaired" our roof on…

Supposedly "repaired" our roof on behalf of A2 Dominion, they fixed a broken tile and a hole in the felting... Now, the hole wasn't there prior to their "repair" and its on the wrong side of the roof to where the issue is. We will still have a leak when it rains, and we will still get water coming in via the light socket in the bathroom blowing yet another LED light unit, thats 3 now, we will still have rain water dripping through the plaster board on the ceilings, we will still have rain water running down the walls, we still have water stains on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling across the back of the house, where the "repair" they carried out on the front of the roof there was no issue at all. No broken tile, no hole in the felt.. until they "fixed" it. Can't get hold of them by phone, and just passed from person to person and fobbed off with excuses when we do get through. Total cowboys.

They were supposed to attend to replace…

They were supposed to attend to replace both elements in my boiler today. The electrician attended at 8:45am for his part in the project. The plumber was meant to turn up between 10am - 10:30am. I then received a call from Pyramid Plus saying that the appointment has to be cancelled and rescheduled as plumber has back issues and is on reduced duties as he returned to work today, so he was initially given a full list of duties and have had to cancel some of his work to accommodate the reduced duties requirement. I am self employed and I don’t get paid for taking time off work, so this is highly inconvenient as I took time off work for this appointment to take place. They should have known that he was returning to work on reduced duties in advance and cancelled this appointment in advance rather than on the day at no notice at all. I am very disappointed and annoyed. If I had the option of going for a different company to do the job, I would have gone for that, but I don’t. Another appointment has been made & a different plumber without back issues and a reduced duties requirement will be attending on the next appointment, so at least that’s some reassurance that the same disappointment wouldn’t happen when I take the day off again.

They need to be shut down

They need to be shut down. They're just so awful and everyone seems to agree. How can such a poor company with horrible reviews still be going? They hired an external contractor who destroyed my balcony nearly a year ago buy starting some works, then left it half way and haven't been back. My balcony has now become more or less a swamp. This is ridiculous.

The Fawlty Towers of maintenance…

The Fawlty Towers of maintenance companies. They mess up repairs many times over. They send someone unqualified to do a job over and over and over again. Many months of needless delays. Office don't have a clue what's going on and you can't rely on anything they say. They assess and re-assess rather than fix something. Absolute chaos. I feel sorry for the few competent employees.
