Fantastic new design of filter housing and replaced completely free of charge. Love the fact that my water tastes great and does not contain any nasties.

Was looking forward to trying the filter. Our water is on the whole good and clean but heavy being Thames water. We have a big system filter for the house, installed earlier this year and I thought it worthwhile to trying this tap filter in the kitchen to clean out any micro particulates, if there are any. The obligation free offer made it worth trying.

The unit and filters arrived promptly with plenty of communication. The unit is not too big with an option to filter or pass through, which is useful. No need to filter the washing up or washing hands.
It should have been a simple unscrew the existing tap head and screw the new filter in its place but sadly it wouldn't come off and the tap was damaged. I was immediately without quibble offered a full refund delivered back into my account immediately.
I can't fault the honesty, and integrity of the service and company.

So glad we purchased this. I have been sharing it with all my family and friends because our water is now absolutely delicious! You can taste the difference from our tap water to our now filtered water. The extra tap head attachment is a must. It's so easy to install as well.

Water in our area is very full of lime and so this latest new filter cannot seem to get rid of it completely.
Nevertheless I feel at ease thinking that bugs and lime are definitely being restricted and reduced from our drinking water

The initial problem - that I couldn't unscrew the filter chamber - is now solved. Haven't started using the filtered water as yet as this ws only today.

This filter is fantastic, I now drink tap water again. Great peice of kit everyone should have one😀

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Acknowledged there was an issue immediately and replaced the item. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had my filter for over a year now and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve ever purchased and it’s so reasonably priced. 10/10

Just as described. The Puure water filter was extremely easy to attach & in no time we had water that tastes so much better than the water straight out of the tap. It is reassuring to know that harmful metals, plastics & chemicals are being filtered out. So pleased with the fitting. I just wish I had organised this sooner.

Delivery was slower than expected, however, when the filter arrived, it was very easy to instal, and appears to be working. The taste of chlorine has gone, and the water tastes sweeter.

The device was easy to install, the taste of the water is clearly better . The automatic subscription makes it easy to remember when to change the filter .
