Brilliant device, simply & easy to use. It’s amazing how much you can capture in a small amount of time. It’s a worry about what’s in your water supply particularly with micro plastic getting into the water supply.

Excellent communication and prompt delivery. Item arrived well packaged. The filter is easy to fit and the water quality is infinitely better than unfiltered. Conveniently the unit has a switch between filtered and unfiltered water.

I did not say it was great. I meant it was okay and seemed to do what it claimed. There is no way I have any idea whether and what the filter actually did--no way to see if it screened out microplastics etc.

So I am paying a considerable price for something I cannot see or verify.

I’m very pleased with this water filter system, very easy to install and the water tastes so much better. Great customer support too.

Had a problem with my filter. Kept dripping.
Reached out to the Coy enquiring if I could purchase replacement washer to solve the problem.
Was bowled over when they sent out a brand new filter at no charge,not even postage.
Now that's what I call outstanding Customer Service.

I love my new Puure Filter, it was a little fiddly to get on to our tap and because I am not a DIYer I called my plumber who very quickly attached the filter to our kitchen tap. If I had a more confidence and a spanner I would have easily installed it myself as it comes with excellent instructions. Since use, the filter tap has been fabulous, no taste to the water in fact it tastes better. It took a little while to deliver but on the whole I would recommend this filter to everyone!

Im very happy knowing me and my children are drinking clean water. I keep it on constantly and use it when I wash my hands and so dishes as well. Customer service is really good and if I have any issue it's responded to and dealt with quickly. My filter renewal recently went missing. I was given a refund and new filters sent out. Would definitely recommend as its affordable too

I've only been using the filter for a few days, but it was easy to install, the product is good quality, and most importantly, the water filter is perfect!

So far, so good! We’ve been using it for about a month now, and the taste of the water has improved significantly. There’s no more horrible chlorine smell or aftertaste, which makes a big difference.

The only downside is that it’s a little bulky on the tap, and it took some time to get used to navigating around it when washing dishes in the sink. It can also be a bit of a nightmare when filling a large water bottle, as the water comes out in a shower-like spray rather than a normal, concentrated stream.

I think the water flow could definitely be improved, but overall, the much better taste of the water makes it worthwhile.

It’s so easy for me to put into words how incredible this water filter is. For many years I was buying plastic water bottles as the smell and taste from my tap water made me feel sick and god knows what I was ingesting. As soon as I ( very easily ) put it together there was instantly no longer a smell no longer a horrible taste in fact I drink more water now than I ever did before and I love drinking water ! Love the Puure Filters - our tap water no longer tastes like a cross between a swimming pool and stagnant pond water! The filter also looks good on the tap. So pleased and have recommended to lots of friends.

Really good, fitted straight on to the tap, working within 5 minutes. Water tastes great. I think the benefit of this filter is that you can use it when you want i.e. I don’t need filtered water to rinse a plate!

Recieved the Puurefilter and it took me 2 minutes to attach to my kitchen tap. So much nicer tasting water with the added bonus that it comes straight from the tap now, no fussing around with plastic filters anymore!
