OVER AN HOUR AND HALF WAIT😡🤬!!!

Appointment was due at 16:00 I entered waiting room at 15:50 I’m still in the waiting room now absolute joke, definitely avoid, just the same as gp not giving appointments. If I was over an hour late wouldn’t be seen.

Waste of time

Had an appointment for 7.30pm, joined a few minutes before as required. By 8pm was still waiting so gave up. Later received an email to say I missed the appointment. Factually incorrect and probably sent so they can still charge and rip off the NHS. Have responded to the email to clarify the situation but still awaiting a response.

I was hoping that this service would be…

I was hoping that this service would be helpful because I cannot get an appointment with my own GP since Covid...
It felt like a complete waste of time and money unfortunately.
Doctors peddling antidepressants for severe peri-menopausal symptoms whilst mis-quoting the NICE guidelines which state categorically that this is not good practice!
Very disappointed.
Would not recommend at all.
It felt rushed and for £45 I expected not to feel that way.
Giving people the option of choosing male or female GP would be good because generally its better for women to speak to female GP's when its matters such as this.

Waste of time

Like many others I had an apt today waited in waiting room for over a hour. Then was informed my apt was missed. Hang on where was my phone? Oh yeah right beside me.
Thought it was too good to be true in having contact with Dr's that quick. Thought my surgery was bad with this service it's got even worse.

Really impressed....

I needed to speak with a Dr due to COVID symptoms but negative test results - Dr King quickly diagnosed me to have a sinus infection and get the meds the same day.

I had an appointment booked for 15:20

I had an appointment booked for 15:20, I was position 5, the position changed as time went on, by 16:00 I was in position 1. By 16:20 (an hour after my appointment time) I was still position 1.

I understand that a slight delay in services, but waiting over an hour and still not "seen" is disgraceful. Surely they would know how long you are going to over run, and at least send a message apologizing for running late.

The fact that if a patient is running late, they still get to keep their position is ridiculous as well, if your late, then you need to go back the end of the queue, if others can be on time.

Would give ten stars if I could!

What an amazing experience.

Like many people, I've been struggling with trying to get an appointment during the pandemic. Every time I ring my local practice I get cut off because the call queue has exceeded maximum length (100!)

I was told about this app, downloaded it in a few minutes and booked a consultation with one of their GPs the very next day.

This was for a very important issue (asthma) and I'm now quickly sorted with a new brown inhaler.

Thanks!

I was 'pushed' into using this service…

I was 'pushed' into using this service when I tried to book a routine appointment online and it was not accepted. I called the surgery, no appointments at all not even in 2 weeks time. Receptionist offered to text a link to Push Doctor. I was 20 mins early. The numbers in the Waiting Room went down to 1. Then stayed at 1 for 2 hours. Chat function confirmed twice that the appointment was still happening. Patently it was not. I gave up after 2 hours and was offered a priority re-book for the next day. I would not use this service again.

WARNING TO UNI STUDENTS

WARNING - My sick letter was not accepted by my university.
Pushdoctor give you a letter in an email format but it doesn't look very official and as a result was not accepted by my university's extenuating circumstance team. TRY AND ASK YOUR EC TEAM IF THEY WILL ACCEPT A LETTER FROM PUSHDOCTOR BEFORE WASTING £45 ON THIS SERVICE

Terrible

App is terrible, keeps disconnecting, can't get through to anyone, waiting nearly an hour now and whenever I get through it just disconnects mid-call, can barely hear the other person.

APPALLING AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!

APPALLING AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!I attempted to use their service today at 5pm as I preferred them due of the video consultation versus a phone consultation from their competitor for better diagnosis. I got ready on time, scanned my passport, once the doctor came online she realised their system had a naming issue having me twice with my name which would be an issue in case of prescriptions. She had not power whatsoever despite she had my passport in front of her.

She advised me to call and get that changed and be put back in the room as the consultation hasn't started, funny enough she even added "Quickly".

8 Minutes on the phone no one answered, I managed to chat with someone who, as right now 5:32 cannot even solve the issue, please see below some of his comments:

"I do apologise about the error on our systems I don't personally have the right authorisations to change it so I am trying to get in touch with someone who can."

"You should be able to change the name in the settings there should be an option called Identity change request." - I could not and still cannot as it still states I AM IN A CONSULTATION, when their own app stated the following: "Sorry! Your consultation ended unsuccessfully"

They are hopeless cannot assist in any way, cannot even tell me why it states the consultations is in progress when it never started, this is an issue with upper management not giving the basic power to make things right, very basic ones.

How on earth is this even acceptable? First the error, then the team cannot fix it, I cannot fix it either as I am not allowed to change my details when I consultation is in progress when it never started.

PushDoctor do you realise you deal already with people that need medical attention and you cause such a huge amount of stress by not having procedures, now allowing your team to fix issues even more so when still in working office hours!

I think this is a clear overview of what to expect if you embark in a consultation with them.

A supervisor, Luke Sa****ds, jumped in instead of the previous operator and he also could not do anything with regards to my name change, also stated that timeout for the appointment is one hour (ridiculous) so there was no way for them to fix their own system, the doctor clearly did not know how this worked too showing clearly some glaringly visible issues with their operation and back hand system management.

Luke issued a refund, at least I have an email, in case I do not see the refund I will start a chargeback with VISA as I have screenshots of the app messages and the whole chat.

Fantastic!

Very happy with my consultation. I only waited for 5 minutes after my appointment time and the connection was very clear.

I was able to explain my symptoms with the Physio and I was asked to do some exercises to show my range of movement. The physio was then able to diagnose my condition and provide advice on treatment. There was enough time for me to ask questions.

I was then emailed further information and exercises immediately after the consultation.

Fantastic, thank you so much!

Not fit for purpose

The first-time appointment with PUSH was running an hour late I was unable to wait that long due to a school run so I informed them can you give me another time appointment, they took all my details and assured me I will have another appointment available after an hour of my current appointment and I will need to book it but no appointment so again I had to call my GP and they have again diverted me to push doctor!
the second time I was 3 minutes late due to the system forces me to download an app( if you are using iPhone) and on this occasion, my appointment was cancelled! This time I emailed them and explained the situation and then they give me a priority appointment on the next day at 1 pm, but when I was trying to log in for an appointment I realised there was no appointment booked for me! So I had to call them and explain again it's taken me 3 days to see GP.
When finally had an appointment with their GP she explained she can not say anything because she can not monitor blood pressure and can't examination physically and it wasn't possible through an online appointment so she advice to go to A&E! I am not sure why I had to suffer to see my GP physically? I have several problems and understand I can not see my GP each time but when I need most I should be able to see.
I believe push doctor is not fit for purpose and not value for money of NHS and taxpayers!

Great service

The doctor arrived after a 15-minute wait. She was helpful and arranged for the prescription that I wanted. I will be using this service again.

Long wait, got cut off, frustrating

I wanted to get a second opinion because I felt my regular GP was being dismissive so thought I’d try Push Doctor. At the time of my appointment I logged on assuming I’d see the doctor straight away but ended up waiting for 40 minutes not sure if it had gone wrong or not - surely if you’re logging on remotely for an appointment it should be at that time? When the doctor appeared there was no ‘sorry for the wait’, she seemed abrupt, was clearly a stressed out NHS GP in a busy and noisy surgery. I tried to explain my symptoms but her internet connection wasn’t great and five minutes in cut out completely! I got put back into the ‘waiting room’ but after some time I gave up. I then got a phonecall from Push asking if I wanted to reconnect so I said yes, got put back into the waiting room again, but after ten minutes I gave up (again). I basically paid £45 to see an overworked GP, which I can do for free at my local surgery. I guess I’ll be looking for a local private doctor in future, and all the extortionate costs that entails.

Great service

Great service. Dr Lamis Latif was very kind and spoke to me at length and gave me plenty of advice. A credit to her profession and would use again.

Unprofessional

On Friday night I noticed Something was not good with my penis, swollen, lost of inching and burning sensation. The sexual health clinic was closed and the first appointment available was for Monday morning. On top of that I was travelling to Cornwall on Sunday morning to stay there 4 days working. So, no to many options and I call this people and had an appointment with “Dr Teik Teng Goh” (6091795). Who send me an antibiotic and a cream that would help until I get proper assistant in Cornwall. The antibiotics and the cream didn’t work at all, the situation has worsen a lot in 2 days, and I am still trying to find help here in Cornwall. I am now going to the emergency in the hospital as the sexual health clinic here didn’t help much either. Hope I get this sort out today as Dr Teik obviously made a huge mistake in my case giving me something that not even help me to feel a bit ok. Very unprofessional...
