Overall I’ve had a very positive experience. After a false start with my initial selection of therapist, who I’ve been speaking to for the last couple of months has been very helpful.

Fast appointment. Doctor was on time for the video call, listened to my explanation of my issue and emailed a referral letter directly after the appointment.

This was my first time using the service.
It all went well and the exercises given helped my recovery.
My only criticism would be, it would be very helpful if you could connect to a laptop or computer screen while having the consoltation.
Having a larger screen than my phone would have been very helpful for me.

I had an appointment with Dr. Uppal on the 1st of April and he was excellent, knowledgeable and prescribed me some medication which has helped to treat a reflux problem.

Excellent service. A range of appointment times available immediately. Dr was very thorough and provided a detailed report with recommendations.

The GP was knowledgeable. However, did not send details of the appointment over. I have checked junk mail. Another health check pack was not reinstated as promised. I believe it was the nutritionalist that managed this.

Just wanted a GP appointment, joined through the app for my scheduled appointment, waited and waited and waited, nothing. Phone the square heath (the lady I spoke with was super lovely). Apparently IT glitch, she booked me another appointment 45 minutes later. Did the same thing joint again through the app and the GP did not show again. I have them again and all I heard that they apologise for the inconvenience and that they don’t know what has happened, but there are no more appointments for today. I have asked how will they ensure that I will get seen by someone tomorrow if I book an appointment. Overall bad experience, but people in customer service are nice

The gp is fine but the people at Avova never agree to the claim so its a pointless service. I would give it 1 star if it's about Aviva by its self

This was the first time I used health check (blood test) and the following consultation which was very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to the test next year which I’ll remember to take samples in the morning without food to get more accurate results.

Doctor was very helpful and listened to my concerns. She prescribed me antibiotics which really helped my issue.

It was very quick response and I was given an early appointment.

I had to use the service due to my GP cancelling 2 appointments in a row and I couldn't wait for them to reschedule.
I got appointments same day with Aviva and spoke to the same GP twice a few weeks apart about the same issue, and the GP was lovely, listened to me and very helpful. Would definitely recommend the service.

It was not my first time as a patient going through an online session, but I was impressed by the care and attention I received. My doctor was very thorough and impressed me with the deep knowledge of my issues. The matter was solved in a few days all thanks to the doctor attention to my symptoms.

I’ve used the online GP service several times without any problems. My issues were all straightforward muscular-skeletal and easily diagnosable. However, the doctors were all capable and easy to understand.
