After initially giving Purple Turtle…
After initially giving Purple Turtle Co. 1 star as I hadn't received my order after a few weeks, I have now changed my review to 5 stars.
Once I contacted the company to inform them of this, I immediately received a reply from Jason apologising for this and informing me it was down to the postal strikes. He assured me he would dispatch the gift again on another carrier. I have now received my order. Thank you.

A beautiful Christmas gift for my grand…
A beautiful Christmas gift for my grand daughter. Jason could not have been more helpful regarding the delay in delivery of the parcel. The delay in delivery has been caused by the Post Office strike and through any fault of Purple Turtle Co.

Outstanding quality and service
When I ordered a birthday present for my niece from Purple Turtle I inadvertently gave the wrong street number and the parcel was undeliverable. Jason was magnificent despatching a replacement at no cost before the original parcel was returned. My niece was delighted with the quality of the present and the care with which it had been packed. I cannot recommend them highly enough for both quality of product and outstanding service.
