5 stars for you 3 stars for the delivery company
Ordering was easy and delivery to me was very quick, however there was a big problem and that was with the delivery company you use APC, I ordered two boxes, one to me and one to my son in South Wales, in fact I ordered them on different days but they didn't deliver his till two days after mine and it took a lot of chasing around to find out what was happening, so 5 stars to you but only 3 for them.
Oh and the beer tastes amazing

Lovely friendly & helpful staff
Lovely friendly & helpful staff. I received the wrong items on an online order but it was immediately replaced with the correct one & I was told to keep the wrong item as a goodwill gesture. I’ve visited the shop in person as well. Highly recommend for customer service. I haven’t had the beer personally but the person I bought it for enjoyed it

17 yrs of Purple Moose
I have bought from Purple Moose for over 17 years and never once been disappointed.
Beers, glasses, merch ... all high quality. Delivery is excellent, even when the recent box arrived battered the glasses were so well packaged they survived unscathed.

AMAZING
I placed my order on a Sunday evening. I was expecting the parcel between Wednesday at the earliest and Friday. The website clearly states 48 hours I thought the order would be looked at on the Monday and then whenever it was processed. I was delighted when my order was delivered on the Tuesday.
