Used this service twice now, when getting our first mortgage and re-mortgaging for the best rate once our fixed rate was up. Makes it so much easier and such a genuine service. Special mention to Ajay this time round, he was great.

Hayley at Purple Bricks was just fantastic in supporting us with our first mortgage. She was so patient and we really felt like we weren't alone through the process. Hayley explained everything in simple terms and refrained from using too much jargon to ensure we understood everything clearly. More than anything else Hayley was super transparent about what our best options were and got our application submitted in a timely and efficient manner. 10/10 would recommend!

Tom , my mortgage advisor was so brilliant, he explained everything in detail to me and always gave me enough time to reflect before making a decision. He communicated clearly, leaving emails and voicemails when he couldn’t reach me because I was at work. Rachel my case manager was also very good, and I was surprised they were able to get my mortgage offer through in 1 week after I gave Tom the go ahead, I would definitely recommend and also be using them again
