Waited for estate agent in an empty house . They never turned up , no explanation or phone call to let me know. Decided to go with another estate agent if that's the kind of service offered.

Very professional and helpful staff and kept up-to-date with viewings and offers made on the property, via email and phone calls, can't thank them enough for all there hard work, would definitely recommend purple bricks 100 %

Ian Bird was assigned to value our property. He made me feel at ease was very pleasant and knowledgeable and most importantly I never felt I was being pressured. His communication skills are excellent and really recommended the guys at Purple Bricks.

Paid £1500 upfront for a property to be marketed. Took it off the market as was not getting viewings or purchase offers.
Now my £1500 has been pocketed by Purple Bricks. This is theft!

Our personal representative Heather Hall is a very pleasant polite knowledgeable professional. She has kept us up to date throughout. Where we needed a push for things to move forward she has done this professionally, courteously and with respect.

What an absolute waste of money. We paid upfront, my father’s property, which we are having to sell to pay for his dementia care, has been on the market for 7 months with only 5 viewings!! Once they have your money, there’s no incentive to market. Agents changed at least 4 times so no consistency, and a nightmare to contact. We also lost 2 sales from atrocious advice, one was a cash buyer!! We have now moved to a local agent and had 5 viewings in 2 weeks!!

The appointment was early which is always good. Lots of communication from hollie. Very good talk through and explanation of the process.
