Pure Pet Food has lovingly advised on a couple of recipes for Bunty, my miniature poodle. Bunty can suffer stones in her bladder, although we’re on top of the problem now 🤞 I do have to be careful with her diet. She has a special urology dry food via her vet, but she also has a couple of suitable recipes from Pure, which she absolutely loves! I can safely alternate her urology diet with her Pure diet, and it all seems to be working really well 👍🏻 I know she’d love all the Pure recipes, she’s not at all fussy, but after speaking with their very knowledgeable customer care team, she’s having the recipes which will best cater for her dietary needs.

My two boys have been on Pure for a week now and so far it’s been amazing.

For months I struggled to get them to eat. I tried everything- kibble, raw food, wet food. In the end I actually resorted to feeding them human food just to make sure they had something in their stomachs. They became so fussy that every mealtime was stressful and frustrating. After ruling out any health issues I knew it was purely down to their eating habits.

I’d heard great things about Pure for a while so I did some research of my own and decided to give it a try.

I’m so glad I did because they’ve eaten every single meal without hesitation!!!! I honestly thought preparing it with the scoops and adding water would be a bit of a hassle but it’s no more time consuming than preparing any other type of dog food.

I’m genuinely impressed with the difference it’s made in such a short space of time for both them and ME. I’ll definitely be sticking with Pure and keeping my subscription.

And to top it off they use Amazon to deliver so I didn’t have that worry if I wasn’t home to answer the door and miss the delivery- just left in a safe place for me.

Our dog Raffles loves Pure pet food and the customer service regards timing of deliveries and choice of food has been excellent.

Our doggo willow is a fussy soul, she gets along okay with food initially, but quickly moves to refusing to eat it at all. She just isn't particularly food driven. This food so far is great, though it is smelly initially when mixing but maybe that's why she is so keen, even on fussier days she is eating much closer to her recommended amount of food. The salmon oil works a treat too to tempt her in. Value wise it's pretty good. And because the food is dried it takes up way less room than the average bag in the cupboard. So far so good.

Kobys digestion was not right before he started Pure Pet Food, but now he's so much better, and healthier looking too, his coat is much smoother too. He loves the food, all the different flavers he's had.

I am very happy with this dog food plan. The flexibility is great and being able to switch flavours as well as delivery dates is so easy. My dog loves the food, which is the most important part, but I also know she is having healthy balanced meals.

The bags of food take up very little space, and each bag seems to be bottomless! Chance loves his breakfast and his dish is spotless when he has finished. In this extreme heat, I am adding extra water so he is getting soup, which he seems to appreciate.

Pure pet food is so easy, don’t have to worry about reordering it’s all done for me and I can change the recipe and date to suit. Storing and making food up is so easy for Gigi especially wen we are on the road in the camper and she loves it.

The food was great - easy transition from kibble to Pure and my dogs wolfed it down.
Unfortunately, my Greyhound lost weight on it and her skin became very flaky. I increased the scoops from 6 to 8 as she was also vomiting bile during the night. Obviously, a Greyhound has a very high metabolism and was burning the food to fast. Initially I got a very cost effective deal, but then the prices crept up and the only way to keep it affordable, was to pay out a big upfront cost.
I’m afraid despite wanting the best for my dogs, as a lone wage earner - it’s just not affordable.

Fantastic food. My boy loves it and waits patiently whilst I prepare it for him. The different options means he has variety too. Have recently recommended to a friend. 5*!

Ordering and delivery is very quick. Millie is still a bit picky but as long as the chicken topper is on it then she eats it all!

Brilliant quality products - our puppy loves the food and importantly his gastrointestinal health has improved dramatically since being on the food. Plus a shinier coat! Fantastic, personable customer service. Would definitely recommend

Excellent product and good communication

I wasn't convinced when the food arrived as I thought it was going to be a sloppy mess and my dogs wouldn't like it due to texture and that they'd need a 'crunch' to their meals.
When making it up, I was right, way too much water for my pugs food and very dry for my Doodle.
I also thought it was quite expensive and my Doodle had some dietary confinements so when my second order was due
I called the helpline to cancel.
I spoke to a lovely, very helpful lady who explained I was using the wrong scoops for the water (even though this is clearly labeled when it arrived, I just didn't read it properly-oops).
She also offered me an alternative food to help with the dietary needs, once again, this is something I missed during the order process.
Even so, I was quite adamant that I was leaving but once again she asked me a few questions, like do your dogs actually like the food, to which I could only answer YES, because they really do appear to like it. After asking what my budget was, she fiddled around with the price for me and I was shocked at how helpful and kind the lady was, that i stayed. She also sent me an email outlining everything we spoke about, which was very helpful.
I've stuck with the food and once I gave the correct scoop for water/food everything was much better.
Dogs enjoy it and aren't looking around for something else, which they were with our previous food, it's a bit messy but my oug has barely any teeth so that's understandable, poops are great- which was important for me as who wants to pick up a sloppy poo and Customer Service was outstanding.

Fussy cockapoo loves this always excited when making it. Wont use anything else. Only issues i’ve found is there is no app to easily manage you’re account you have to go through web browser and login into account every time but thats small price too pay when my pooch love it! Keep up the great work team pure 👍

I have a French bulldog with allergies and a very sensitive stomach. Pure pet food has been a god send. My fussy dog absolutely loves it and she is thriving. It’s quick and convenient yet so much healthier than kibble. Next best thing to home cooked meals.

My dog will not eat your food. I have to mix alsorts with it to get him to eat it. I will
