We visited Pure Joy Escapes, as used previously with no issues what so ever as i suppos now regular customer. Met again with wonderful attention not just to our selected destination but overall wellbeing and friendship in the shop to to all aspects of our expectationsto our holiday. We have booked three very differnt holidays and three very differnt cruises with Wayne at PureJoy Escapes. Each time Wayne has has gone above and beyond to ensure we have stress free and seamless holidays.
The first holiday we booked we knew exactly where we wanted to go. Wayne sorted all the flights, transfers etc.
After this we have gone with Waynes suggestions. He now knows our tastes and prefernces and he has never let us down.

We have returned from our honeymoon in Mexico arranged by Wayne at Pure Joy Escapes in Ormskirk.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were both made to feel special. Nothing was any trouble he gave us recommendations on hotels and we picked the best hotel. We received a lovely gift from the shop while away. We can’t thank you enough and have been telling our friends and family of the excellent service we received.

Visited the store recently by chance, both gents very helpful and not pushy like other agents I have visited No hard sell just honest recommendations and personal experiences. Wayne and the team were fantastic from start to finish, we had a limited budget but were desperate to visit Jamaica for our Anniversary. Wayne is so hospitable, welcoming, helpful and has a fountain of knowledge providing a wide choice of holidays to suit everyone whether travelling alone or in a group. It is so nice not to be rushed or pressured into making a decision. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough.

We booked a holiday earlier this year with Wayne and everything went perfectly. He listened to every detail we wanted and put together a perfect deal for us. We have just booked a further holiday with him for next year and simply cannot wait. You simply won't get a better holiday booking experience than with Wayne at Pure Joy Escapes. From the very moment we walked into the shop we were welcomed. Wayne spent a lot of time with us to make sure our holiday was personalised to our needs. I'd previously been into 2 well known national companies who didn't really show they cared. The icing on the cake was that we got a holiday that was cheaper than the other 2 had quoted, with a better standard of hotel room and board basis.
We will be booking all out holidays here from now on.

There really aren't enough superlatives to describe the service we received and experience we had thanks to Wayne. We found him by accident walking past his lovely shop and what a stroke of luck! We will be booking all future holidays with him now.
It is a pleasure to be in the shop as he and Mally are wonderful people who are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about travel and ensuring that you have the best possible experience - they go that extra mile to make you feel special.
Little things like checking you in online so, once you've booked you don't need to worry about anything, really mean a lot, especially when you're so busy.
Wayne's attention to detail was second to none - he remembered that I said I always liked to have a paper boarding pass just in case your phone failed at the critical moment (mad I know!) and so he printed them out for us. When I rang him after our holiday to thank him for everything he even remembered to ask me about something I mentioned to him (totally unrelated to the holiday) months ago - it really makes you feel valued as a customer.

The icing on the cake was that he arranged a couple of things in the background that we didn't know about and they made the holiday even more special!

I have since booked yet more holidays with Wayne Beard at Pure Joy Escapes and he (tailor-made) for me, some absolutely fantastic deals, based upon what I was hoping to achieve, complete with all the trimmings. One of the holidays is a fantastic USA holiday for four of us and the other two are fabulous 4 day city breaks, complete with ALL of the details needed at truly great prices. Then, out of interest, I did a price comparison with a well known national travel agent for the USA holiday I have already booked with Wayne. I explained what I intended to achieve for my dream holiday for four of us, along with all Wayne had already arranged for us, and they said that "If they could do it that way, (which they didn't think they could) it would be (well over twice) the price" (of what was already arranged by Wayne!) His expertise and experience of many years in his trade clearly means savings for customers, like us, and if a potential (huge) saving can be had by others, too, I'm putting it forward that through Wayne we might all be able to have a Pure Joy Escape, even if the cost of living is extremely tight these days!

Superb travel agents, couldn't do enough for me. One of the best independent travel agents in the country. Accessible friendly, Wayne and Mally are so patient and so kind. They made my holiday to Italy incredible.

Found pure joy escapes by chance, but what a Fabulous find as soon as we entered we felt like royalty. We were greeted by a charming man who invited us in, told us his name & we started talking about previous cruises that we had been on & that we wanted some advice about MSC cruise line. We were offered coffee, cupcakes & biscuits a lovely touch & Wayne sat down with us & explained everything we wanted to know, his manners were impeccable, his personality very charming & his knowledge was outstanding!!!!! Wayne explained that he had been in the travel industry for a long time & finally got the chance to open his own travel shop which was delightful, clean fresh & very inviting. After chatting with Wayne for some time we decided to book, he explained everything very clearly his attention to detail impressed us so much. This will Definitely be the place we book all our holidays in the future we loved everything about this place, it had a very special feeling about it, & I think this is down to Wayne who wants to give everyone that personal touch which is what Pure Joy Escapes stands for. We would highly recommend this independent travel shop, whose emphasis is on Customer Service, Extremely reasonable prices, & most of all pride in it's Name!!!!! So if your looking for a holiday you Must Try Pure Joy Escapes you won't be disappointed!!! We were that impressed we went home & told Roy's sister who has also booked to come with us.
