We returned from the most incredible 2 week trip to the Maldives (You & Me) in February 2026, all thanks to Deanne! From the very beginning, she made the entire process completely stress-free and easy for us. Every detail was handled perfectly, and her knowledge and recommendations were spot on.

What really stood out was her dedication—she was always available to help, even outside of normal hours when we wouldn’t have expected a response. That level of service made such a difference and gave us total peace of mind throughout.

We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. If you’re looking for someone reliable, attentive, and truly committed to making your trip special, we highly recommend Deanne. Thank you for helping us create such amazing memories!

Dea is passionately knowledgeable about the accessibility of the travel industry, this hasn't come from years of training to do a job, this has come from a fire in her belly to genuinely want to help people access holidays without undue stress (after experiencing the chaos that inexperience can cause first hand). Its been a pleasure to see her grow as a consultant. If you require specialist assistance or access for your trip, i would not consider booking a holiday without speaking to Deanne first. She considers all the challenges that a regular agent would not.. because she lives them herself.

Deanne’s knowledge and experience is first rate. We have been far more relaxed in booking cruises who had empathy with mobility issues and also the extra help and ideas she gives us.

In 2024, P&O changed their rules for those taking powered mobility devices on board their ships. As a result, P&O cancelled a cruise we had booked as there were no suitable cabins available for us.
With no real hope of success, I contacted Deanne with a request for her to find us a suitable cruise for the summer of 2025.
She found us an excellent cruise on board Regal Princess around the UK in early June.
Since this experience, we have used Deanne to make all our cruise bookings and she has never failed us!

I have booked a couple of cruises through Wheelie on the Waves. I have found the process really easy and recommended her to other family members who have booked through Deanne. As she is a wheelchair user I feel very confident that my accessibility needs have been taken into account and that I have the things in place that my cruise line requires. Deanne answers any questions you may have promptly and has a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend Wheelie on the Waves

I contacted Deanne as I’m a permanent wheelchair user and needed a stress free cruise knowing all my accessible needs were met.
I had not travelled since being paralysed as too anxious about everything that could go wrong.
She didn’t let me down she was always available for all my queries and gave good advice for my first accessible cruise. She sorted out all my accessible transport, room and evacuation chair.
I couldn’t fault anything from start to finish and have booked two more cruises with Deanne. She has given me the confidence and independence to travel again.
