Pure Heavenly Ltd offers delicious chocolate with plenty of flavors to suit different tastes. Their dark chocolate and plant-based options are a standout, with a smooth texture and reduced sugar. Customer service, especially Talha, was exceptional, ensuring easy ordering and quick delivery. Some flavors could use slight tweaks, but overall, a great experience!

Not impressed at all! and did not meet my expectation...

The chocolate is quite nice but still has a lot of calories and is expensive for what you get .

Chocolate is my ‘go to’ for every life’s event; happiness, stress, sadness, holidays etc.... I have tried all the flavours and they are all great but I have my favourite dark choc😋

I agree with the 1 star comments that this "chocolate" is awful and I could not give it away.....and I did try.
Cannot believe that any chocolate lover would find this pleasant at all. The taste and texture was just not good at all. The packaging was fabulous and the 6 bars came wrapped beautifully. All downhill from there though. An expensive mistake to make and I would have been better served with a few Galaxy bars than this "Pure Nightmare!"

Not at all impressed, I’m not a big chocolate fan but bought this because my partner is diabetic and a chocoholic. Neither of us rated the product, it does not taste like decent chocolate and has an odd texture, we both had upset stomachs after trying this. Will not be reordering.

I bought a mixed pack of chocolate bars, packaging looks nice and I felt the price was fair. These are the only plus points.

The negatives are - taste and texture are average and not that pleasant although my real concerns are what the ingredients contain. These are marketed as a healthier alternative to dairy and sugar based chocolate. So it's easy to assume that you can eat more of them compared to the amount you would normally eat of a Dairy Milk choc bar for instance. Unfortunately they use flavourings and chemically made artificial sweetners in the bars. The sweetners are NOT healthy and cause harm to the body. The sweetners they use (which feature high up in the ingredients list) are Erythritol, Isomalt and Sucralose.
The side effects of Erythritol are - increases your risk of heart attack and stroke, erythritol can cause mild to severe digestive issues if you consume large amounts of it. That includes bloating, cramping, excess gas, and diarrhea. And this is just from one of the three artificial sweetners listed on the ingredients list. So a combination of all three is not going to do your body any good at all. Especially if you consume large amounts because you think it's healthier.
I think I will stick to a single dairy milk chocolate bar, these are the ingredients for comparison -
Milk, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (E442, E476), flavourings. I would rather have some sugar than the artificial sweetners and eat them in moderation!

Unfortunately you shouldn't believe the hype of dragons den. The chocolate has not got pleasant texture

Unfortunately my order got lost but the customer service was second to none, I spoke to a young man on the phone who was very helpful and Talha was very helpful too.

My girlfriend and I both loved the chocolate. I was keen to try it for a while and it didn't disappoint! We'll definitely be ordering again soon.

The products provided from pure heavenly are simply amazing. By far the best chocolate I have tasted, dark coffee being my favourite 😊

Impressive 'Dragons' Den' endorsement, easy to order, delivery shipped promptly and chocolate tasted great. A slight glitch with the picking of the order was picked up and a phone call from the team, within a couple of hours, sorted everything out to my satisfaction.
